☑ Say "I'M sorry." or "I love you." not just "Sorry." or "Love you." and say them more often (trust me, it makes a world of difference!)

⬜ Offer the plumber, electrician, painter, etc. a drink while their working

☑ Be kind to yourself - do something just for you! You matter too!

To be honest, it feels pretty good to look back and see the things I've done, and most of these I didn't even think about, I just did them! I genuinely hope you can say the same! I didn't get all of them, but that helps me know what I need to work on to be a kinder person.

Don't be embarrassed and please don't lie. Every single person has plenty of room for improvement, you're not alone, and being honest with yourself and others is the best way to start your journey! And that doesn't just apply to this situation, that applies to every situation! When you become a Christian, you have to admit to yourself and to God that you have not been the person that you should be, and only then can you be changed. Remember...

If you change nothing, nothing will change.
