Leila's POV:

I was sitting on the edge of the bed when all of a sudden the yacht stopped moving. I stood up and walked over to the window. On one side I could only see the blue of the water, and on the other side, I saw green grass and land. Soon enough, the two men with machine guns opened the bedroom door and came over to me. They grabbed me by the arms again and began leading me places. Both of their grasps were tight, causing my arms to hurt a little.

They led me outside, where we met up with the man in the fancy suit. I looked across from me and saw a huge mansion to the far right side, and a building slightly smaller than the one on the right, that was to the left. There were five men walking in our direction. Four were holding machine guns and the one in the front was walking with a briefcase. I stood still and tried to remain calm. Sometimes these deals can go bad, so I was hoping for the best.

I looked to my right and saw that my soon to be ex-human trafficker was shaking a little bit. I could tell that he was nervous, but I didn't know why. Who is he selling me too? Once the five men reached the dock, the one in the front set the briefcase down. The man in the suit walked across the ramp to get the briefcase, but before he could grab it, the man who brought it put his foot on top of the briefcase.

"Easy there Mr. Smith, you will get your money once I have the girl." the man said.

My human trafficker or Mr. Smith stood up and turned around to face me and the guards. He motioned for the guards to let me go and told me to come over to him. So, I started walking across the ramp slowly and carefully. Once I reached the other side, the man who was once holding the briefcase, grabbed my wrist and pulled me to his side. He took his foot off the briefcase and let Mr. Smith walk back over to his yacht.

"Resume your positions." ordered the man, to the men with machine guns.

The men with the guns walked away and went to different places around the property. I stood with the man and waited for him to tell me what to do. I was no doubt scared inside, but I didn't want to show it.

"Come, let us get you comfortable." said the man.

Before I could walk with him, I needed to know something. I was scared to ask it, but I was prepared to suffer the consequences of asking this little question.

"Forgive me for asking, but what is your name?" I asked.

The man was shocked. I don't think he was expecting me to ask for his name. He turned around to face me and replied with, "My name is Michael."

I followed Michael back to the mansion. He led me to the front of the mansion, where we took the front entrance inside. I saw that there were many guards around the property. When we were inside my mouth dropped. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The entrance was outstanding. There are two staircases that lead upstairs.

To the left, is a long hallway that leads to who knows where. This house is so big that it will take me a while to figure out where I am going, so I don't get lost.

And finally, to the right was a grand living room that had a staircase leading upstairs

And finally, to the right was a grand living room that had a staircase leading upstairs. This house is by far amazing. I couldn't believe that I would be staying here. I could definitely get used to living here. It was almost as if it is better than a castle.

Michael and I stopped once we were inside. He had to walk down the hall real quick, so he told me to stay here. And since I don't know where I am going, I just stayed in the same place. Soon enough, I heard a bark coming from upstairs. I saw a Blue Merle Australian Shepard come running down the staircase and over to me. He stopped in front of me and started sniffing me. I smiled down at the dog. He was absolutely adorable, so I stuck out my hand for him to sniff and then I squatted down to pet him.

Michael came back and saw me petting the dog.

"I see you've met Devin," Michael said.

I looked up with a smile. He was such a cute dog that I couldn't help myself by smiling. I stood up and followed Michael upstairs. We passed many rooms which were all so beautiful. At the end of one of the hallways, was an empty bedroom that Michael led me too. The room was definitely big and would suit anyone's needs.

"This is your bedroom," Michael said. "I hope that it will suit all your needs."

"It will believe me," I replied.

"Well then, I'll give you some time to freshen up before the boss gets home," Michael added

"Well then, I'll give you some time to freshen up before the boss gets home," Michael added.

I was confused at that moment. I thought that Michael was the one who bought me, but apparently I am wrong. I stopped Michael before he left.

"I thought you were the one who bought me," I said.

Michael smiled at me and began laughing. I don't understand why because it isn't a laughing matter. I asked a serious question and I wanted it answered. I don't know what is going on, but things weren't headed down a good direction.

"I may have given Mr. Smith the money, but the money in the briefcase wasn't mine. It was my boss's and he is the one who has bought you. Now, I'll bring you some clothes for tomorrow for when the boss comes home." Michael explained before he left, closing the door behind him.
