Sleeping with the Enemy

Chapter 10

Emma's POV

Killian's brother was right in front of me and I had just ran from Killian after he told me he loved me.

"You wanna come in?" I ask.

"Sure I think its best." Liam says.

I opened my door and he walked in. This was bad so bad.

"Why did you come here?" I ask.

"Emma Swan is who you really are and you work for Hyde. Dont you Miss.Swan?" He asks.

"That depends what do yo plan on doing with this information. Telling Gold, telling Killian, or maybe leaking this out." I say.

"I cant do any of that  because my brother told me he loved you and that he was going to tell you and I cant hurt him. So you have to hurt him yourself and then I turn you over to Gold." He says.

"I already hurt your brother, but I didnt mean too. Yeah I know that deal Gold made and yeah I got people fired, but you have to believe me when I say this deal is something that would destroy everything." I say.

"Ahh so you lie into this office and you hurt my brother and your asking me to believe you? Not a chance. So do come in tomorrow." He say and walked out.

The next day I went to the work place before hours and before Liam was there. I took Neal's keycard and stole the file and started packing my stuff. As was about to leave when people started showing up I walked out fast ad went to my car. I placed the box and the file in my trunk and when I went to my car door I opened it and it was then slammed shut.

"Hey!" I yell I was mad until I saw Killian standing there.

"So I tell you I love you and your running away!" He yells.

"Killian bring her inside." Liam says walking past.

"Im not going in there." I say.

"Just listen to him." Killian says.

I followed Liam and Killian was behind me. Everyone was inside the place even those who were kicked out.

"Ladies and Gentleman, Mallory Brooks is the rat. Thats way she was rushing out of here so fast." Liam says.

"Is he telling the truth?" Killian asks.

Everyone was looking at me and I knew what I had to do.

"Your brother is right about me. Im the rat. I work for Hyde at Bamlex. My name isnt Mallory Brooks its Emma Swan." I say.

"So this whole time you lied to me. No wonder your running. I finally find someone I could trust and you played me. I cant believe I finally find someone I love and she wasnt real." Killian says.

"Please I can..." I start.

"No. I dont want to hear it. I tell you I love you and you ran. Now I know why. You used me for your own selfish reasons. I never want to see you again. Whoever you are." Killian says and walked away.

"Killian." I say.

"Leave him be." Liam says.

"Your fired. The ones were falsely accused welcome back. Emma Swan get out." Gold says.

I walked past everyone who had become my friends. I walked out and went into my car and started driving. There was a feeling a bad feeling. Was it because the people I became friends with now hate me? Was it the fact that Killian hates me? What am I gonna do now? I have the file and I have a motive to destroy that company, but I dont know if I should do this anymore.
