He Comes Home From War

Ashton: Standing on your tippy toes you try to get a glance over the couples and families who have already met up with each other again. You huff and continue walking around. A couple minutes later you feel a tap on your shoulder only to see Ashton there. You smile with tears in your eyes and wrap your arms around his neck, “I’ve missed you so much,” you whisper. He turns his head slightly to kiss the side of your head, “I’ve missed you too, baby.”

Calum: Sitting on the couch you indulged in a slice of cake and some icecream while enjoying some of your favorite movies. It was currently your birthday and unfortunately your boyfriend couldn’t be here. You glanced over at the letter he had sent you and wiped away a tear. You knew it wasn’t his fault but it still upset you. A knock on the door interrupted your thoughts and you got up to answer it. You gasp loudly when you see Calum holding flowers and in his uniform before jumping into his arms, “happy birthday, babe.” You smile and wipe away a few tears before pulling him down to your lips for a kiss.

Luke: “Mommy! Santa’s here!” you heard your four year old shouting. “What do you mean?” you asked confused. “He’s downstairs! Come on!” she said before tugging on your arm. You followed her to the living room and in front of the Christmas tree Luke stood dressed as Santa. “Merry Christmas!” he shouted. You covered your mouth with your hand in shock. He smiled before pulling off the beard and picking up your daughter and pulling you both in for a hug and a kiss. 

Michael: Standing outside the gates you immediately saw Michael when he walked in. Your smile widened when he quickened his pace to get to you. He dropped his bag and pulled you in tightly, “thank God, I don’t think I could have gone another day without you,” he whispered into your hair. “Same here,” you told him. He then pulled back slightly to give you well awaited kiss.
