Will Heathrow's runway in good time
Swallow Datchet's village green?
And will M4 traffic queued in line
Add traffic to the jams obscene?
Will floods man made and not divine
The worst of all our dreams fulfill.

Will any space be left to fill?
So post on Facebook statements bold!
And twitter to your hearts' desire!
We will protest! Our banners unfold!
Where is my chariot of fire?
I will not cease from mental fight,
Nor shall my tablet sleep in hand,
Till they have built their runway here
In England's green and pleasant land.
