I sighed and sat down on the soft grass. I stared into the dark night sky.

After Garroth and I rescued our mom from Ivy, we decided to take a break for the night and sleep at the thieves' guild.

I had an odd feeling someone was watching me, and I immediately knew it was Amber.

"Amber, I know you're watching me." I sighed.

I heard her grumble and a soft rustling in the bushes, but I didn't look.

I heard her plop down on the grass next to me. "Why are you up so late, anyways?" She asked.

"I couldn't sleep, why are you still up?" I shrugged.

"I only sleep during the day, the night is a perfect place to go spying." She shrugged.

"Then why aren't you spying?" I asked.

"Well, O'khasis isn't really doing anything." She said.

"Oh, really?" I asked, shocked. "Ivy was just killed and half of the Tu'la guards are dead."

"Yeah, I was surprised too."

I looked at her. "Why were you spying on me?" I asked.

She looked at me and blushed slightly. "W-Well.... I think you're cute." She stated.

"R-Really?" I blushed.

"Y-Yea...." She giggled.

"O-Oh..." I scratched my neck nervously.

All of a sudden, she grabbed the collar of my shirt and slammed her lips on to mine.

She pulled away.

"W-What the...!?" I stuttered.

"I-I really like you...." She blushed.

I kissed her back.
