Grabe! Ngayon lang talaga ako nakapag-update kasi sobrang dami kong ginawa nang nakaraang mga linggo. Everything started when the father of my brother-in-law passed away. Walang ibang pwedeng kumilos sa bahay nila kaya tumulong na ako. Nagpahinga ako ng konti kaya ngayon lang nakabalik.

Steven's days had been so much in good spirits since the day he and Lorabelled talked about what really happened to her in the past. She may haven't said it straight from her mouth but her actions could tell that everything's the same – she still loves him.
Sa wakas din ay naamin niya sa sarili ang isang bagay na ayaw niyang aminin noon. Iyon ay ang mahal niya pa rin ang babae kahit na sobra siyang nasaktan noon. Hindi naman iyon nawala, natabunan lang dahil nasaktan ang kanyang pride bilang lalaki. But that doesn't matter now. The only thing that matters is everything has slowly fallen into place now. They didn't have to rush things, though.
Steven kept on throwing glances at his wristwatch. He couldn't wait for the time to strike 4 p.m. Nang makita niyang trenta minutos na lang ang nalalabi ay inayos niya ang suot na Americana at nag-toothbrush sa lababo na naroon. He checked his own reflection in the mirror and then headed to the door when he's satisfied.
Eksakto namang paglabas niya sa sariling opisina ay nakita niyang tumayo si Lorabelle. He took some longer steps toward her.
"Lora," he called her. She lifted her face and their eyes met. Ngumiti ito sa kanya.
"Steven," she responded shortly.
"Saan ka pupunta?" aniya nang tuluyang makalapit dito.
"Pupunta lang ako sa ladies' room at uuwi na."
"Ah, gano'n ba? Pwede ba nating sunduin si Jackie sa school ngayon?" he said with a huge trace of excitement on his voice.
He had been thinking about it since yesterday and he was fervently hoping that she would agree. Pero siyempre, kung hindi ay 'di pa rin siya susuko hanggang sa pumayag ito. He wanted to start patching up those years that he missed with their daughter.
"Sigurado ka ba? Si Mama kasi ang sumusundo sa kanya araw-araw," tila naninigurong tugon naman ni Lorabelle.
"But of course! Sigurado ako. As always, I want to spend time with both of you," wika niya saka kinindatan ito.
"Teka lang, ha, ba't ako nasali?" natatawang sabi nito. She blushed and it made him grin.
"Siyempre, kasali ka. A family won't be complete without a mom." He looked at her for a long time. Then he flashed that sexy smile, the one that seemed to melt her bones. " I love the way you do that."
"Ang ano?" Bahagyang kumunot ang noon nito.
"The way you blush." Ngunit mas lalo pang namula ang mukha nito. Mabilis itong nag-iwas ng tingin sa kanya na tila ba natataranta.
"E-excuse me, Steven. Kailangan ko na talagang pumunta sa CR. At baka sumabog na 'tong pantog ko. Tatawagan ko na lang si Mama."
She went back to her cubicle and grabbed her cell phone. Pagkuwa'y nagmamadali na itong naglakad patungo sa comfort nang hindi man lang siya hinayaang makasagot sa sinabi nito.
He patiently waited for her to come back so that they could both go to Jackie's school.
