Chapter 12: Club Trinity

~Morgan's POV~

I just finished making myself a cup of coffee, when I noticed Hotch siting alone in the conference room.

"Hey Hotch what's got you thinking?" I asked

"We are going to send Mercy undercover in order to catch the unsub but I don't know who is going to be her partner!" I gave him a small smirk

"Why don't you pair her up Reid. I mean their chemistry is undeniable, I mean look at them if you didn't know them you would probably think they're a couple." Hotch and I exchanged glances at Reid and Mercy they were both laughing probably about some statistic or some quantum physics joke Reid made. Hotch gave me a stern look but I could see a small smirk forming on the corner of his mouth.

"Ok Morgan I'll allow it but only because there is a killer on loose and nothing else!" I could see a small smile forming across his stern face

"Whatever you say Hotch ...whatever you say!" I say

~Mercy POV~

I took a sip out of my coffee, feeling the caffeine entering my veins

"Hey there." I turn around and saw a smiley detective with straight light brown hair and dark green eye "Hi I'm Mercy nice to meet you"

"Pleasure is all mine Mercy, I'm Chad ... listen Umm Mercy you have caught my eye since the beginning of the case and I was wondering after we finish the case if you would like to go out. Maybe I can buy you a drink?" Chad offered, he flashed me a devilishly handsome smile. I blush slightly and I took a quick glance at Reid , he was talking to JJ and by the looks of his face I think he was talking about Henry. I let out a sigh

"Listen Chad you seem like a really, really nice guy and I'm really flattered but I'm not looking for a relationship right now." I say , he gave me a disappointed look

"Its ok it was worth a shot." He said and left joining his partner, I took another sip from my coffee and made my way to Emily and Reid

"Hey guys!" I say "Hey Mer's!" Emily said cheerfully

"Who was that guy?" Reid asked

"Yea he seemed pretty cute." Emily commented, Reid let out a small grunt and shot Chad a glare. Is Reid jealous... No he can't be jealous I thought

"Yea he asked me out ...but I said no." I said

"What why?!?" Emily asked in astonishment

"He isn't my type." I reply, Emily shot me a weird look

"A smoking hot detective that could easily be a Calvin Klein's model isn't your type then what is your type?" Emily asked curiously

"That my friend is classified information." I say. Just then Hotch and Morgan excited the sheriff's office

"Everyone may we have your attention please." Hotch said

"The sheriff and I have been talking and we've come to the conclusion that instead of ambushing our unsub we are going to launch an undercover mission with Dr. Mercy Johnson and Dr. Spencer Reid being our couple. That is all thank you for your time!" Hotch explained, Reid looked at me

"So, I-I guess were a couple now?" He said awkwardly

"Yea I guess soo-"I bite my lip and Reid rubbed the back of his neck nervously. Out of nowhere JJ grabbed my hands
