"Daddy!" Mimi hit my face making me turn in my sleep
"Mariah Brown, stop hitting my face." I mumbled
"Morg and me is hungry!" She hit my face again
I rubbed my bare chest sitting up I looked on the floor of my bed to see Morgan trying to climb up on the bed.
"Okay." I got out the bed picking up Morgan and grabbing Mimi hand we went to the kitchen.
"What do you want?" I asked still half sleep
"Lucky charms!" Mimi yelled
"You want that m?" I asked
Instead of answering she just pointed at the box I had in my hand.
"Lucky charms it is then." I laughed pulling them both a bowl, but Morgan's didn't have milk in her bowl, I poured myself a bowl of cereal. They both trailed behind me with their bowls in their hand. I flopped on the sofa placing Morgan on my lap as she picked through her cereal.
I turned on the T.V to ESPN zone
"Daddy!" Mimi whined making me laugh
"What?" I asked
"Cartoons!" She said
"No you watched it last night." I told her
"But me and my sister want to watch cartoons." She said as if Morgan really cared what was on T.V let alone knew what it was.
"You just wanna watch it." I laughed
"Please daddy." She begged
"Pwese dada?" Morgan coped looking up at me
They got me. Both of them.
"Okay." I mumbled turning it to nick jr, while this fairy kid show played. I sat Morgan next to her sister and dumped my bowl in the sink.
"Mimi watch your sister." I instructed
"Okay daddy." She mumbled not taking her eyes off the T.V
"Mimi! Did you hear me?" I asked
"Yes." She said making a face that looked just like Tae.
I rolled my eyes before going in the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. I grabbed my phone getting an incoming call from Tae, the devil herself.
"What?" I netted my eye brows together
"Uh Chris....you don't have to serve me with papers. Mimi can be over there with Morgan." She said softly
"And what about me keeping Mimi whenever I want?" I asked
"You can keep her for a few weeks and then I keep her for a few weeks, we'll switch." She explained and it seems promising. Mimi school was in the middle of town where we both lived, there was one place we often met
"Why did you have a change of heart?" I asked
"...I just think she should be with her sister." She let that lie slip out her mouth, but I wasn't questioning it.
"Whatever bye." I hung up. I got both my babies!
*London
"Baby" Nip shook me
"Huh?" I mumbled deep into the pillow
"Uh your mama here." He patted my butt
My eyes opened so wide. Today is Monday? That totally slipped my mind that she was coming over, and now Morgan isn't even here. I jumped up grabbing the shirt Nip had set out for me being that I was naked.
I rushed in the bathroom to take care myself, I rushed back out pulling on some sweats and better fitting shirt.
"Mommy!" I yelled running to her as she sat on the sofa telling Nip how good he looks.
"Girl get off me." She playfully pushed me
"I missed you thooooooo." I sung sitting on her lap
"I missed you more. Where my grandchildren?" She asked
"P is sleep and Morgan is at Chris's" I said
I told her about everything that happened with Chris and she felt like everyone else.....disappointed because that wasn't like him at all, but she felt better once I told her that he was taking Morgan
"Well that's no fun." She laughed
My mama swear she hip and is like....beyoncé mama or something always hitting on my man.
"Oh mommy I tried my wedding dress on yesterday." I smiled still sitting on her lap
"Really was it nice?" She asked
"It was beautiful" but I didn't go into detail about it because mr. Nosy was listening
"Thanks great princess, but go get my baby ready so we can all go out to lunch." She patted my leg
"But mommy I'm tired." I whined sounding like P more than likely
"Why? What was y'all in here doing anyway? And when will I get a new grand baby?" She asked all at the same time
"Huh?" I asked
"You heard me." She looked at me
"Wellllllll" I trailed off
"You pregnant? She asked felling my stomach making me giggle
"No." I blushed
"Not yet anyway." I blushed again looking at the proud smile painted on nips face.
