Disclaimer: SHIT IS ABOUT TO GO DOOOWWWWWNNNNNNNN

Also I went to NYC and saw Les Miserables and I am already started to think of fanfic ideas. Probably won't write them though. Lol. I mean unless people actually read about that show.

After Prom Morgan and I head back to my place to get ready for Laura's party. I mean who would go to a party directly after Prom anyways, I have to fix my hair, take off all this makeup, and change, so much work, such little time.

The first thing I do is wipe off all my makeup, it looked pretty but I feel like I couldn't move my face in risk of messing it up.  Then, once the fifty pounds of makeup is off my face, I walk to my closet, take off my dress, neatly place it inside a garment bag and hang it up. I change into a pair of high waisted shorts and a black cropped, thin strap tank top. Those the shorts are high enough that barely any of my stomach shows. I put on my white converse high tops and take my hair down so it is just curls. I look in the mirror and see I look so Tumblr, not that I mind, Tumblr girls are what everyone wants to be.

I walk out to see Morgan is already changed and is hanging up her dress. She's wearing a shirt dress with ankle boots and her hair is in her signature bun. She looks at me and purses her lips.

"If I'm doing my signature hair, you're doing your signature hair," she says.

"I'll do it in the car," I say while grapping some hair ties.

My signature hair is actually pretty basic, considering I discovered from when I was a cheerleader and every team did it. I'm pretty sure people even call it the 'Cheer Hairstyle'. It is simply just a side French braid that curves, like a c, then goes into a high ponytail. It looks really good when your ponytail is curled and thankfully mine is. After I learned how to do it for competitions I just started to wear it quite frequently.

We pick up Josh and Jordan along the way. When we pull up to Laura's house it is already a mess.

"I still can't believe we are actually going," I say.

"It's our senior year," Josh says.

"Yeah," Morgan cuts in. "Which means we have to go to at least a few parties."

"Not really," Jordan says.

"See."

"Jordan you aren't helping," Morgan says.

"Sorry Momo, but it's true," Josh and I just look at each other when he calls her Momo and make a face that says I ship it.

We get out of the car and start to walk up the porch of the house. Laura's house is pretty big, just a little bit smaller than mine, then again that means it is still huge. When we step inside we are met with pretty much our entire class, loud music, strobe lighting, and the stench of sweat and alcohol.

"None of us our drinking, right?" I say not really as a question, but more of an order.

"Yes," the three of them say at the same time.

"Hey, look Lainey," Morgan says while pointing over to our friend Lainey. "I'm going to go talk to her," she says while walking off, Jordan close behind her.

Just then Josh's phone starts to ring. I look at the caller idea and see...

Sky.

No. Do not think about him.

"I have to take this," Josh says. "I'll be back," he says while kissing my cheek and walking off.

Well, I'm standing by myself. At a party. Gee, wonder what my social anxiety will do. Thanks guys. Friends of the year. I look around trying to remain calm and see my friend Kayla across the room and sigh in relief. I quickly walk over to where she is and she smiles at me.
