August POV
It's going on May and I have been working on my second album recently, I released the first single 'Hip Hop' a couple months ago and I will be shooting the video this week. I walk out Wendy's with food for me and Ci and I get in the car,driving back to the house. I was at the studio all morning and I'm finally finished. I get out the car and walk in the house,I go upstairs to the bedroom,it's painted black,with black curtains,just to create an image or portray my feelings on the wall. I notice Ciara eyeing me down and I could tell by her body language that she was mad.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"Where were you last night?" She asks
"At the studio,you know that" I say
"What about afterwards?" She asks
I stay silent and slowly look around while nodding my head. After I got out the studio with Wayne last night he wanted me to come to the club with him.
"I went to the club with Wayne" I say slowly
"And you didn't bother to tell me?" She asks
"I was" I say
"Let's take a look at the TV" She says
She hits play on the remote and I see footage of a girl dancing on me. I was hoping Ci didn't see that,not cause I was doing anything wrong but I know how her mind works. I look at the headlines and it said 'AUGUST ALSINA WAS HAVING QUITE THE FUN LAST NIGHT,IS HE CHEATING ON GIRLFRIEND CIARA?!' I sigh and run my hand down my face.
"Care to explain why some fucking basic ass hoe was dancing on you?" She asks
"Why you even watching TMZ?" I ask
"Actually I was scrolling through channels and that popped up so stop trying to dodge the question" She says
"I was just vibing out and she walked up on me,I was into my phone so I wasn't aware of what was happening,when I realized I quickly moved away" I say
"You sure? 100 percent?" She asks
"Yea,it was taken out of context" I say
"Do you trust me?" I ask
"Yea" She says
"Then don't worry" I say while sitting next to her
"If you seen that happen with me what would you do?" She asks
"Ok I see where you're coming from" I laugh
"I should've told you as soon as I made the decision though,I was gonna tell you" I say
"Make sure you do next time" She says
"I will" I say
"You don't ever have to worry about me cheating on you,trust me,I like how you didn't assume though but I'm not gonna do anything to jeopardize our relationship,nobody can outshine you or take my attention from you,you make everything better for me like it's my birthday 24/7,don't let the talk round town bring you down,they just extra,don't converse with these lame ass niggas,they just tryna have a title,nobody can handle your ways like I can" I laugh
"Real funny August" She says
"That attitude,Wooh" I say playfully
"Fuck you" She laughs
"I love you too" I say
"Forreal though,I ain't ashamed bout anything,you can have it all if you want,give you my last name if you're ready,yeah I heard they hating but what they really saying that we care about?" I ask
"You have a point" She says
"Can't nobody do your body like my body,lookin like my baby mama and wife,shit,yo mama know what it is,I'm bout to give her all her grandkids,as much as she want" I laugh while kissing her neck
"We'll see" She smiles
"I have a surprise for you soon,hope you like it Mrs. Alsina" I smile
"Mrs.?" She smirks
"Yup,ya heard me" I say
"Ok" She says
Hopefully my surprise goes well.
