I really thought about what Nicki said and I'm still thinking. I'm sitting in the hotel room I've been at since me and Ci got into that argument. Even though we moved on from that,it's not gonna be the same so I decided to just stay here. I was scrolling through Instagram and I seen a picture Ciara posted.
Ciara: You rollin wit the squad or nah? 🔥😈✊🏾
It was a picture of her,me,Nicki,Drake,and Victor from last month. I like it and go to my messages and text her.
Me: If they ain't rollin with the squad they can get the fuck on! lol

I go get dressed and grab my phone,leaving the hotel. I was so in a mood now,I just needed to express myself. I get to the studio and go in an empty room,I set up the beat the producer previously sent me and go in the booth. Whatever comes to my mind I'm just gonna say it.

I check to see who it was that came in earlier and I see its Nicki. She was standing at the soundboard with a smile. She motions for me to come out and I take the headphones off and walk out,I stop the beat and give her my attention.
"That was amazing August! I could really feel your energy" She says
"Thanks" I say
My mind wonders back to Ciara,I think it's clear what I have to do.
"What got you singing ya heart out and shit?" She asks
"I need her" I say
"Ci?" She asks
I nod my head and she smiles again.
"Go to her" She says
"She's on a date" I say
"She just got home" She says
Right then I feel my phone vibrate with a text from her saying she home.
"So you're not going to Atlanta?" She asks
"No" I chuckle
"I'm going home before Aubrey starts to worry,go get her now and let me know what happened" She says
"I will" I say
I rush out and quickly get in my car,I drive to her house with my nerves racing. When I get there I use the key I got when I lived with her and check her room. I see her sitting in her computer chair with white jeans,a black shirt,and black timbs.
"Hey" She says
"Hey" I say
I walk over to her and grab her hand,I pull her up out the chair. I place my other hand on her waist and kiss her deeply,catching her off guard. She eventually kisses back and wraps her arms around my neck. I kiss her again and look down at her,she had a confused expression.
"I can't go to Atlanta" I say
"Why?" She asks
"I need you,your heart,and your mind" I say
"I know but why are you deciding to stay?" She asks
"I wanna be with you,I'm done playing,I talked to Nicki the other day and she made me realize that I was running from my feelings and I needed to stay with you,you make me happier than anybody ever has,you never judge me for anything,and you've always been there for me,I didn't wanna take the chance to hurt you cause I didn't wanna disappoint your dad,you mean more to me than any girl I ever came across,I'm sorry about how things went recently,hopefully you still want to be in a relationship with me" I say
"Promise you won't do anything that'll hurt me or us?" She asks
"Promise" I say
"Then I don't see why we still can't be together" She says
"I still love you" I say
"I still love you too" She says
I smile and kiss her again,she's finally mine.
