I can not get over how beautiful your eyes are

I'm sure you see galaxies in them, right?
Thousands of stars clustered together?
Different pinpricks of light, all creating a beautiful scene?
They remind you of the ocean don't they?
With their blues and greens and greys?
The way they seem to change with my mood?
The way that they have depth to them that's hard to see through?

If you say yes, you're lying.

My eyes hold galaxies, yes.
But the stars you see are slowly becoming black holes,
Adding to the nothingness that I am.
They are voids, taking in all light, letting none escape.
My eyes remind you of the ocean?
Yes,
When it's throwing a tantrum.
When the waves are crashing and pulling you under,
Tricking you with their beautiful color,
The hidden blues and greens and greys.
