Chapter 29: We Found Love

I couldn't process words. How? Why? When? Well I think we all know the answer to that but still. I am completely freaking out. I've began shaking and sweating and I'm not even the pregnant one. 

"Say something." Alex says worriedly. I just shake my head. "Oh no Delilah please don't be mad." 

"Just..." I sigh. "Just give me some time." 

I get up and rush to the bathroom. I look in the mirror and run my hands nervously through my hands. I sigh deeply and walk back out only to find Alex with his head in his hands sighing deeply. 

I walk closer and notice him crying. I feel my heart break. 

"Alex? Come here." I walk over and hug him. He hugs back and cries onto my shoulder. I've never seen him cry before. It kinda hurts... 

"Lilah! What am I going to do?" 

"Shh, Alex it's alright." 

"No, it's not alright! I screwed up and now we have to pay for it." 

I pull back and wipe the tears from his eyes. Goodness, he's a mess now! 

"Alex, listen. You may have both made a mistake but now you have to be adults and face it. You guys are being blessed with a beautiful baby. Everything will be alright." 

"You sure?" he asks with a sniffle. 

"Positive." 

We hug again before I see Austin walking towards us. 

I pull away and turn towards him with a huge smile taking up my face. 

He runs up to me and hugs me, lifting me slightly off the ground. 

"I missed you!" he exclaims. 

"Austin, we've been gone for 4 hours." 

"Long enough." He mentions before pecking my lips sweetly. 

I see Lissa looking at me creepily. 

"Really Lissa?! Who's the creeper now?" I laugh. 

I overhear Alex tell Sarah that he told me. 

"Why'd you tell her? I thought we were telling people together." 

"I know I'm sorry but... I'm just sorry." 

"Sarah!" I squeal. I hug her and whisper a 'congrats' in her ear. She smiles slightly. 

"I'm hungry! Let's dig in!" Austin says. 

And that was how black Friday went. Sweet, surprising, and just the perfect amount of fun. 

***The next day*** 

Alex and Sarah had gotten up at 5 in the morning to catch an early flight back to Texas. 

Austin and I had just woken up and now we're in his range rover headed to the movies. 

"What should we see?" Austin asks while kissing my hand that is held tightly in his. 

"I don't know. I defiantly don't want to see the new twilight." 

"Really? Most girls love that crap. Something about banging a vampire totally turns them on." Austin smirks. 

I laugh when an idea pops into my head. 

"How about Mama?" 

"Mama? Is that the Jessica Chastain movie? Isn't it supposed to be like really scary?" he asks. I hint a little fear in his tone. 

"What? Are you scared? Is Austin Carter Mahone scared?" 

"Pfft, no. I was just saying that because..." he pauses. "I don't want my baby getting scared."
