( Still in the hospital) Sarah's pov

"Michael..." I mumble

"Yes..."

"I love you." I blurt out

"I love you to Sarah... " He says and starts singing firefly by Ed Sheeran to me quietly and I snuggle up close to him with me facing his chest.

"Sarah?" He ask

Sarah: *sleeping*

"Goodnight angel" he chuckles and kisses my forehead

(Next Morning)

I woke up in the hospital bed with Michael by my side. Did he stay here all night? He's the best boyfriend ever. I thank god for that boy every day! I wonder why he chose me out of all those girls he could've had... he chose me.

"Oh good morning!" He moans and stretches*

"Good morning baby!" I peck his lips*

"Oh come on what was that!"he whines and I kiss him more and lick his cold lip ring c

(5 minutes later)

" Michael I have to breath..." I says as I pull away

"know..."he laughs"

"So I have a question."

"Shoot!" He says

"Why did you pick me out of all the girls in the world?" I says and laughs

"It would take all night to name all the reasons but because you're funny, your personality is amazing! You care about what's most important. Your smile, your eyes and your beautiful and most of all because your you! And your so punk rock we suit each other perfectly"" he chuckles

"you mean it?" I start tearing up

"Yes. I mean it, with all my heart." He smiles

(The next day....)

I woke up in my bed alone. Michael wasn't there this time. The sun was streaming in through the OPEN window!!! Stupid nurses can't they close the dang blinds!? Oh speak of the devil....

Sorry to wake you miss but someone wanted me to give this to you." She says

She was holding a tray with pancakes, eggs, bacon and who else knows what on it. She set it down on the table next to my bed and left. There was a vase on the tray to with a couple red roses in it. I read the card attached: Hey babe! Sorry I couldn't be there. I had to go to the studio to finish up recording with Alex! Enjoy your breakfast I made it myself! Love, Michael. I laughed at how sweet he was.

(After breakfast...)

Doctor: *Walks in* Hello miss Bognar

"Hi!" I smile

Doctor: *checks his clipboard* Well all looks pretty good. Your breathing is back to normal. No more traces of Hypothermia. Your body doesn't seem to have any reactions to the medicine. So I see no need for you to stay in this place any longer. *smiles*

"Really!?" I ask

Doctor: If all goes well you should be checked out at 6 tonight!

"Thank you so much!!!!" I say

Doctor: It was a pleasure *walks out*

Once he leaves I grab my phone and texts everyone the news.
