Chapter 16

JULIA'S POV:
I moved in with the girls last night and I was still settling in. My room was painted already but boxes and boxes of my things surrounded my bed. My furniture was scattered around the room with random unpacked things placed on them. The girls had a meeting today about something so I was left alone. I started to take out random things from boxes and tried to find places for them. I struggled as I tried to move the furniture to different places in the room.
"Need help?" Someone asked.
I jumped from the sudden voice. I whipped around to see Cameron standing in my doorway holding a key.
"How did you get in here?" I asked.
"You guys aren't very well at hiding the spare key," he smirked walking towards me.
I laughed and stared at him.
"Do you want help?" He asked.
I nodded and pointed to the dresser I was trying to move before.
"Watch out," he said.
I moved out of the way and he pushed it against the wall.
"Wow that makes me feel bad about myself," I joked.
He laughed and helped me move a few more things.
"I think I want my bed over there," I said pointing.
"Okay, you grab that side I'll grab this one." He said.
I nodded and we pushed the bed.
"Now I'm stuck against the wall," I said laughing.
"Here I'll help you," he said.
He crawled over the bed and picked me up, pulling me from the space I was stuck in.
"Thanks," I said looking into his eyes.
He smiled. I then realized his hands were still on my waist. I looked up again and he was looking at me.
"Cameron," I whispered.
"Yeah," he whispered back leaning in.
"Um," is all I could say.
He smirked and kissed me on the lips. The kiss lasted for a few seconds but I wish it would've lasted forever.
"I'm so sorry," he said pulling away.
"It's okay," I told him.
"I really didn't mean to," he said.
"Cameron it's really okay," I told him.
"Okay," he said half smiling.
I looked at him and we unpacked more things.

Somehow though, his lips against mine felt familiar.
