Loid's POV:

Finally Saturday, a day to relax or so I thought... The doorbell began ringing , who could be here so early? It better not be Yuri, I need a break from all these people coming to my home.  I made my way towards the door, as I proceeded to open the door ,  yet again another unexpected guest; Damian Desmond.

He looked at me for a brief moment before sticking out his hand stiffly.  "G-Good MornN-ing, Mr. Forger, I've come for a study session with Anya, she wasn't picking up her phone, but she said to come at 10!" He said wiht a shaky voice.

I shook his hand and gave him a smile. Why was he so nervous? What was with this feeling? I felt like I've felt this presence lingering somewhere... Before I could get into too much thought, Yor chimes in from behind me.

"Ah! Good Morning Damian! Please come in! Excuse my husband, he seems to just be tired," Yor said as she pulled me out of the doorway. "Please have a seat Damian, I'll make you some tea." She said giving me a warm smile.

"Thank you Mrs. Forger, " Damian said calmly bowing respectfully to Yor. Intresting,  he tends to act normal around Yor. Wait, does Damian Desmond have feelings for Yor?!? Is this why he accompained her the other night? Is he using Anya just to come and try to woo my wife? No. Calm yourself Twilight, this is Damian, a 17 year old boy. Yes, a 17 year old boy whose hormones must be off the charts! Ah! Yor you need to get out of here.

"I'll take care of the tea, why don't you go wake up Anya," I tell my wife giving her a smile. She quickly nods and proceeds to exit the kitchen. I make my way towards the kitchen, keeping an eye out on Damian. He seems to be observing the living room, he began staring at the floor besides him, suddenly lost in thought. What's got you intrigued Desmond?

I finished making the teas, bringing the tray to the living room where Damian was sitting. I could tell from his body language he was nervous. He began fidgeting with his hands, sweat began beading on his forehead and a slight flush to his cheeks.  I set the tray down and handed him a cup of tea, trying to ease the tension.

"Here you go, Damian," I said, keeping my tone light and friendly. "I hope you like green tea."

"Thank you, Mr. Forger," he replied, taking the cup with slightly trembling hands.

We sat in an awkward silence for a moment, the only sound being the distant hum of the refrigerator. I decided to break the ice.

"So, Damian," I began, "how's school going? Any subjects giving you a hard time?"

He looked up, meeting my gaze briefly before looking away. "It's going well, sir. Physics is a bit challenging, but Anya and I have been helping each other out." he says smiling.

I highly doubt Anya could be helping him, or anyone in that case. Though her academics have improved, she is still pretty useless...

"Physics gives you a hard time? How interesting, I thought with your father majoring in physics it would come as a piece of cake to you." Damian's smile faltered slightly at my comment, but he quickly recovered. "Well, my father is quite talented, but I suppose we all have our own strengths and weaknesses" He said looking down at his tea. Perhaps they had a complicated relationship? I made a mental note to ask Anya later.

Just then, Anya appeared in the doorway, still looking a bit groggy from sleep.

"Good Morning Papa," She came over and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I couldn't help but smile at my daughter. No matter the age, I would always care for her. "Good Morning Sy-on boy, sorry I must have slept in," Anya said.

"Good Morning Anya, I was just having a little chat with your friend here." I reply, giving Damian a "Loid Forger" smile.

Damian gulped as he looked at Anya, "Good Morning Anya. No problem at all. I was just telling your father about our plans for today. " I couldn't help but notice how his attitude changed when she arrived.
