Daisy hid her tears from Robin, wanting her to continue the stories that the now old lady remembers but Robin noticed almost immediately, she asked why Daisy was crying.
There was a little pang on Daisy's heart, it might be jealousy or pity to herself. Because, May got to raise Robin, May got to be a mom to Robin. Daisy wanted to experience what it was like too, not just hear it from someone who her pseudo mom actually raised.
She has always wanted May to be her Mom. She thought of it a million times always thinking the what ifs; what if May saw her sooner, took care of her insted of those terrible foster parents, what if May actually gave birth to her. Robin got to experience all of that, all of the things she wished she experienced with May. So yeah, maybe jealous, maybe regret.
But Robin wipes Daisy's tears and tells her there wasn't a day that May didn't miss her, that Daisy is the reason why May protected her and took her in, because May knows that's what Daisy would've wanted. Robin tells her that there wasn't a day that May never thought of her.
