Au take place in season 3 and lets say May spend a little longer in her vacation and doesn't know about Lash or Rosalind.. 

 Daisy is not stupid she can see how Rosalind keeps flirting on Coulson or how they're spending much time together and it annoys her, how could Coulson be nice to her knowing that Rosalind and the ATCU wants to kill her or maybe is hydra. So she thought she'll make a move. 

Rosalind walked to her kitchen to make some coffee, she was surprise when she saw daisy eating her cereal bar 

" what the- how did you- this is trespassing! Is this what SHIELD is teaching you" she shouted 

 "Stay away from him" Daisy said coldly 

 "From who?" 

 "Are you proving my point that you're Dora the explorer because you don't have common sense. Coulson stay away from Coulson!" 

 "We don't need another member to betray us. So stay away from me stay away from my friends, be professional and stay away from Coulson's personal life" Daisy added 

 "Oh that's what I can't do, because just so you know I'm his girlfriend and I'm part of his personal life. you who are you to him?" Rosalind smirked

  'who are you to him?' 5 words but hurt like hell, she felt her eyes started to moist so she storm out of the apartment nearly crying ' they're dating? That's stupid! How could he!' She thoughtShe headed back at the Base and she gave everyone a cold shoulder especially Coulson ,plus she's still waiting for Coulson to tell her about Rosalind but he didn't even mentioned her the whole day. 

 Tomorrow morning Coulson explained the mission, Bobbi and Hunter will undercover they'll dig the secret of ATCU, Mack and Daisy will keep an eye on them and Coulson will stay on the base giving tour for Dora the Explorer I mean for Rosalind. 

 Daisy didn't even pay attention to the whole plan. 

"When are you planning to tell us or Are you planning to tell us?" Daisy said while in the middle of discussing the plan. Coulson gave her a 'what do you mean'-look' 

 "You. Rosalind. Dating" Coulson sigh upon hearing what bothers her 

"Look sky- daisy I don't want to- I don't know how to tell you- It's not what it looks like" 

"Easier to do than say? I thought nothing more secrets?! How hard is it to tell us that you're dating the woman that wants to kill me and do you think May would agree on this, letting your enemy enter your base and tells them secrets. May is just gone for 7 months or less and you are already replacing her!" 

 "That's not true! I would never replace her!" Coulson defended 

"Oh that's not what I'm seeing " Daisy needs May right now she badly needs May right now, she needs her mom. Everyone's reaction is either surprised or worried but didn't dare to say anything or to stop it 

"One more thing I'm not going to this mission, I'm definitely not staying on this base but I'll be in touch with Hunter, Bobbi and Mack no one else." She looked at Coulson one more time then to the others saying

"if my parents is getting divorce, I'll stay with mom, cause dad made a stupid decision" and to that she walked out 

 "Daisy!" 

 "Not now sir we have mission and she's mad" Bobbi stopped him from following 

"she didn't even know the whole plan"
