"They only have their phone and some cash, no Ids" Skye heard faint voices, she was confused and sore
"Hey, you're awake, '' a nurse walked toward her. She tries to sit up but her head hurts like hell, she notices Jemma beside her and they are in a ward- hospital.
'Shit' she thought then Jemma started to move and wake up
"You two had a car accident" the nurse continued. Although no serious damage, it's still a car accident, they only have bruises and cuts and maybe a slight concussion, but nothing they couldn't handle, they've had worse.
"It's Skye's fault! She was using her phone while driving, Jemma immediately said. Obviously, still on painkiller drugs, they both were still on drugs, probably codeine or morphine.
"We can talk about that later but for now I need your names"
"I'm a Doctor, Jemma S-" Before Jemma could finish her sentence Skye- who is more like herself- interrupted her
"Jemma and Skye Coulson! And she's studying to be a DOCTOR, right Jems?" Skye said Jemma looked at her confused and cranky
"Okay, I'll be back to check on you later" the nurse smiled
"We are practically not existing, we don't have IDs so we can't tell our real name" Skye whispered
"So Jemma and Skye Coulson exist?"
"That's the IDs I'm doing on my phone earlier"
"You said you did that before we-"
"Everyone procrastinates okayyyy!!" Skye started to shout
"You will never drive again ever!" Jemma retorted
"That's mean!!!" Jemma was probably right, she did fail a driving test once
The nurse earlier came back "Skye's phone has your mom on emergency speed dial so we already called your mom and she said she's coming so don't worry" and the nurse exited again
Skye looked at Jemma with horror
"Mom?" Jemma asked
"We need to go now! May's gonna kill us"
"May?!"
"She's the mom on my speed dial c'mon" Skye starts to sit up and tears her IV fluid from her hand.
"Oh Skye," Jemma said in disappointment. They manage to sneak out of the ward station, they're trained spies after all.
"Seriously, why would you put May in your Speed Dial?" Jemma asks while walking to the parking lot to 'borrow' a car
She has a point though, of all the people why May? it's like letting the hospital heals you and then calls a Grim Reaper
"I made it as a joke! And then I forgo- AAAAAAAAAAAAA" A dashing car suddenly stopped in front of them. It was Fitz with a SHIELD SUV, no more logos, though.
"Hop in!" Fitz shouted while lowering the window, they immediately obeyed and entered.
There are about 5 minutes of silence before Fitz spoke,
"That was the best thing that I've seen this year, Skye," Fitz said getting Skye and Jemma confused
"Oh, May is definitely still gonna kill you but that was funny, I have never seen May blush that hard" Fitz continued
"What? We don't have the context, Fitz" Skye said
"Please, elaborate"
-Flashback-
May and Coulson were looking for Skye and Jemma since they needed the mission report from their last mission, however, no one has seen them all day. Bobbi, May, Hunter, and Fitz were in Coulson's office and having a meeting for their next assignment when May's phone rang
"It's Skye" May informed
"Put her on speaker," Coulson said, which earned a glare from May but she did what Coulson said
"Hello, may I speak to Mrs. Coulson?" an unfamiliar voice of a woman said through the phone. Everyone looked at May. Her face blushed as a tomato whilst others snorted and trying not to laugh. Coulson however is smiling like a kid in a candy store. Despite the embarrassment, May trusts Skye, so she rides with it
"Y-yes this is she, who is this?" May replied,
"This is Nurse Jess from Chastain Soo Memorial Hospital your daughters have been in a car accident and we think it's best if you visited the hospital as soon as you can-" The smile on everyone's face instantly faded.
"I'm on my way" May hung up, and everyone moved their asses.

"And I really tried to get ahead of them because no matter how irritating Skye is I don't want to throw her corpse in the bottom of the ocean," Fitz said
"So where are we going?" Skye asked
"We're going to get some ice creams"
"In hospital gowns?"
"I brought you clothes although its all Jemma's clothes you can borrow, Skye"
They end up eating ice cream in Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop near the hospital
"Why are you treating us to ice cream? Are you sure they wouldn't find us here, this is like so an obvious destination, and it's near the hospital" Skye asked
"Oh I'm sure they are gonna find us eventually I just thought we should have an ice cream before you die"
"Fitz!"
Meanwhile, after devouring 3 cups of ice cream they heard the 5th ring of the bell on the door, and this time it is May and Coulson. They swallowed the last scoop of ice cream before standing up (painfully)
"We're very sorr-" Before they can finish their sentence they feel May's warm arms around them, May managed to hug them both (while Fitz stands there awkwardly)
"Are you two okay?" They heard Coulson
"Mrs. Coulson is a Marshmallow," Skye said, which made May release them- harshly, they groaned- bodies still hurting.
"That was a very nice hug though" Jemma Said
"We should do it more often you know," Skye said
"Yeah 'cause I'm going to crash your asses into a car again" May replied
