Larry gazed up at the ceiling deep in thought, Lau was asleep upstairs he'd gotten home from his office a few hours ago. Larry had to get ready to meet Ray along with Reggie and he didn't have time for this conversation Gabrielle wanted to have. "What aren't you telling me!?" Her face was twisting up as she spoke through gritted teeth "Keep your voice down!" Larry warned trying to keep the bowls of his anger locked away. He was trying but she was pissing him off with all these fucking questions "No! I wanna know what's going on Larry! As your friend-" Before he knew it he snapped "yeah as my friend, as my friend I advise you to leave. You be filled in later but right now I no have the energy nor the patience" she glared at him slightly pushing him causing him to tuck his tongue into his cheek

"What the fuck is happening tonight" she growled standing her ground, she'd been apart of their friend group since grade school as well and she couldn't fathom the reason as to why he was keeping secrets from her. "That's none of your business, just get your shit and leave" She stomped her feet like a toddler who just got told "No" Larry lost his remaining patience with her. "If you wake him up I swear to god...." he growled gently grabbing her arm and dragging her towards the door "No! I'm not a stranger on the street, I'm your friend Larry!" He sighed pinching the bridge of his nose asking god "why me" at this moment

"L-Larry...?" Gabrielle's screaming of protests were cut off by Lau's soft voice. "I gonna kill you Gabby..." he whispered darkly into her ear. "I will tell you later" he swung open the door and pushed her out slamming it behind him. He stood on the porch watching her climb into her car mouthing to her "later" while making sure she left alright, once she was gone he came back in shutting the door looking as if nothing happened. "Hi belle, you sleep oki?" Larry's dark expression was now gone, a smile replacing his scowl. A loving expression creeping onto his face as Lau came into his line of view, A beautiful lion mane on top of his head. He rubbed his right eye sleepily slowly walking over to Larry's outstretched arms earning him a soft kiss to the lips.

"Why was Gabby here, is she oki?" Lau softly asked nuzzling his face into Larry's chest, voice laced with concern. "She oki bebè just needed to discuss some business" Larry's deep octave present again as he whispered into Lau's ear. Lau picked up on his love's dark tone, a shiver running down his back. Was he in The Devil's presence right now? Tugging on Larry's tattooed arm he spoke with a stern tone "bedroom". Not giving Larry a chance to answer he turned around walking off knowing Larry would follow. Once they reached the bedroom he spun on his heels folding his arms, his hair spinning with him distracting Larry for a second enamored by his beauty. "Why. Was. She. Here? No lie to me"

Not being to lie to Lau he nodded sighing a bit "she wanted for know what's going on tonight... I can no tell her. I no want her involved in this, you or her.. you too important to me and I no have you hurt because of me. God bebè I probably have a target on my head and I know they use you to get to me and I no let that happen so please... I will talk to her but I no want you two involved oki?" Lau nodded understanding where his brother was coming from and he now understood why Gabby was so upset, she'd understand after Larry spoke with her. "I understand" Larry looked as if a weight had been lifted from his shoulders, his brown orbs glowing. "Promets-moi" (promise me) Lau nodded placing a kiss to Larry's lips proudly "Je le promets" (I promise).
