Missing

Ram's POV 

I'm missing Jenny so much, never thought I would miss anyone this much. It's been 3 days that she went to Shimla, I couldn't sleep at night, sat in the back porch. All the memories with Jenny flooded my mind.

"Someone is missing someone so much" mom's voice brought me to reality. She came to me and kissed my forehead "I was always worried for you, what kind of life partner you will get! Whether she will understand you or not. Never thought you would fall in love and make a girl fall head over heels for you. I mean you are amazing but you don't open up for anyone. Jenny is perfect and she loves you so much" she said patting my cheeks

"Really mom?" I asked

"What do you mean by really? She left her family for you, Of course she loves you..." mom said as a matter of fact. I felt disappointed hearing her, that's not true, it was drama

"Ram, intimacy is part of love and marriage. Emotional and physical union connects two hearts, bind them forever. If you don't get intimate after so many months of marriage, it creates doubts in your mind, whether your partner is interested in you, loves you or not. Jenny was scared, lied to avoid first night and knowing you, I can understand that you want to give Jenny time but it's been 6 months..."Mom said. How does she know?

"What if Jenny is not ready?" I couldn't help but ask... how will i know that she wants me like I do? I don't even know the future of our marriage. I can feel Jenny loves me but I can't be sure, probably I'm seeing how I wanted things to be

Mom held my hand, smiling "do you really feel she doesn't want you? Trust me, she is ready. Jenny, is more outgoing than you but girls are usually shy, expects her partner to take initiative. Ask yourself one single question, did Jenny ever push you away or felt uncomfortable with your touch? You will find if she is ready or not" she said. Jenny didn't push me away even when I kissed her intimately. I'm sure she would have seen desire in my eyes, she wanted me too, I could see in her eyes and the way her body responded to my touches

"After Jenny returns, go on honeymoon, talk about future, start new life. Go to bed now... it's hard to sleep without your better half but try to get some sleep" mom teased

The next day, I had to go to Madrid. Few days later, mom informed that they are going Nisha's grandparents place. The same evening Tanvi called,  asked me to return to India immediately. She has something urgent to talk. I asked, what is it about. She said "I can't tell over phone, start immediately". I was worried hearing her, scared something bad happened. Immediately I called mom, she was cheerful, asking me to complete my work as soon as possible. Everyone is fine, what does Tanvi want to talk that too urgently. I booked the next available flight and returned. Tanvi picked me from airport, took me to restaurant. She handed me papers

"I came across these papers... I was shocked. If these comes out, it would spoil Prataps reputation. I asked not to file for few days, take care of these" she said hesitantly. I asked what is this about. She asked me to read

"What the hell is this?" I shouted 

"Calm down Ram, you don't want to create a scene here..."

"You give me this non sense and expect me to stay calm" I said in anger "where did you find, I want to sue them. How can they create this bullshit?" 

"Do you think I would give these without checking properly? These are not fake, I even checked the cctv, it was..."

I interrupted her "no, it can't be..."
