First Kiss

Ram's POV 

I couldn't bear the silence, I picked her from work and took her for dinner. I expected her to ask something, I don't know what... probably why I took her for dinner or something? I never took her before. She was silent, opened the mouth to order food. She was stealing glances in my direction though

"I know I'm handsome, no one can resist my charms... I give you permission to look at me as much as you want..." I winked at her when she looked 

"I agree..." she said 

"You agree with me that I'm handsome and no one can resist my charms?" I asked in shock. Did she just agree with that? She nodded

"Ram, do you hate me?" She asked after sometime 

"I..." I didn't expect that question, I couldn't get words

"It's ok, I understand..." she said looking down

"I hate lies, you came into my life with a lie... but...you are something special, I don't hate you" I told honestly. She looked at me in happiness 

"Thank you Ram... can we be friends?" She asked 

"Ok, since you are asking nicely and I have no reason to deny... let's be friends" I said stretching my hand, she took it smiling ear to ear 

"You have magic in you, no one can resist your charms"

"I know" 

"I was only joking, don't be so full of yourself" she said

"Ram, my final exams starts in 3 weeks, I'm scared, i haven't been reading lately..." she said when we were in car

"Jenny, you are a good doctor, that's what is important... few hours of exam can't decide whether you are eligible to become pediatrician. I'm sure you will do great, even if you fail, you can always take exam again but remember it has nothing to do with your efficiency as a doctor" I said honestly. Jenny is really a great doctor and human being, she diagnosed Kajal with diabetes, took Kajal to hospital in the middle of the night against Kiara. She risked her exposure for the baby she barely knew. Even now Jenny monitors how Kajal is doing( Kiara doesn't live with Radha) 

Jenny wasted 3 months because of our marriage sham... I'm sure she was reading medicine books secretly. The moment her truth about career was revealed, she took out all the books from closet and arranged in the study

Next few weeks were terrible, Jenny was reading day and night. She doesn't have to go to hospital anymore. Someone has to force her to eat and sleep... no one disturbed her studies, not even Nivi who is always glued to Jenny... she used to come out of room when Nivi comes home from school, feed her, play for sometime and go back to study. Most of the times she slept on chair with head on book. I had to carry her to bed. Thank god! I didn't study medicine. Look at the size and number of the books, I don't know if the doctors are really humans to read and remember everything. They need super memory. 

Finally her exams are done, that day she came to my office for the first time. No one knows her, didn't let her come to my cabin. She called me, asked to come to reception, I was in meeting but hearing her threatening voice, I had to excuse myself and go

"Is this White palace and are you the President or what? Do I need appointment and fill out formalities" she said in anger. Everyone were looking at us with wide eyes

"Calm down, they don't know you..." 

I introduced her as my wife and strictly warned them to never stop her

"If you can't remember my face, take a picture and put it on your desks" she added, i burst into laughter 

"Sorry guys, I didn't mean to be rude... I knew you were doing your duty. I had bet with Vishnu bhai that I would yell at my dear hubby in front of you all and make him laugh..." she said looking at me sheepishly and started to run

"You..." I ran after her

"Bhai, save me" she went behind my brother who was enjoying the show

"Vishnu, you too...how can you get involved in these silly bets..."

"I think everyone had amazing show, it's enough for today... let's go home" Bhai said. Jenny looked at me victoriously. When I looked at her in anger she said, "Bhai I will come with you"

She wants to escape from me? But I'm Ram Pratap, I lifted her in bridal style. She was startled "let me down Ram, everyone is watching..."

"You did in front of everyone" I whispered in her ears

"Vishnu Bhai will manage my meetings for today..." I told Natasha who turned into statue seeing mischievous side of me. I winked at Vishnu and left from there 

"You can't do that... I completed all my work to go home..." Vishnu Bhai was shouting but I ignored. 

"So wifey, you made fun of me in front of my staff! You think you are mischievous, let me show my other side" I said after getting into elevator 

"Ram, let me down..." she was wiggling. She was shy under my gaze, buried her head into my neck wrapping her arms around my neck. I felt different feelings stir inside me feeling her hot breath on my neck. I felt her lips on my neck when she buried into my neck more

"Jenny" it came out as moan. She loosened her grip and looked into my eyes

"God! Kids these days..." I came into this world hearing dad

"Dad, mom" both me and Jenny said at the same time in shock looking at them outside elevator door. Why do they have to come at the same moment. It's private elevator, used by only our family. Dad's office is in 10th floor, mine is in 50th and Vishnu's in 52nd.

"Did you forget how you were?" Mom teased dad getting into the elevator, dad followed her

"Jenny must be too tired to even walk because of exams...look at my son, how caring husband he is... learn from him" mom said. I realized I'm still carrying Jenny, she jumped out of my arms immediately 

"She... she sprained her leg mom" I lied. Why am I even lying 

"Careful, Jenny... you have leg sprain" dad winked at me

"Yes, we saw how she sprained her leg, escaping from you" mom said. What the heck! They watched that drama in cctv footages live? 

"I can't believe you all are involved" I accused them

"It was amazing Jenny, we missed these pranks... I'm so glad your exams are over" mom high fived her her

"So... what do you want dear" dad asked 

"First we will have lunch, I'm starving mom... I forgot the taste of food"

"I got all your favorites cooked Sweety, poor you! You just shoved the food these days without even looking what you were eating..."

"I love you mom, you are the best..."

"What about me?" Dad asked 

"You are the best dad in the world" she said hugging him

"No one cares for me" I said, they were talking as if I don't exist

"You are the best husband in the world" she said kissing my cheeks. I was surprised with the kiss, looked at her with wide eyes, her face also had shocked expression, then she looked down blushing 

Mom and dad got out of elevator, Jenny was about to step out when mom stopped her and whispered something in her ears. Jenny's face became red like tomato, blushing. Jenny came inside and closed the door. I looked at her confused 

"Ram, close your eyes" she said shyly after few seconds of silence. I closed my eyes. I felt her rubbing on my neck, I opened my eyes 

"Ram... close your eyes please" she said looking at her feet

"I love to see your blushed face, you look so cute like red apple" 

"Mom and dad are waiting... lip...stick" she said in whisper. Now I realize what she is doing, she rubbing her lipstick off my neck, that's our first kiss though it was accidental but our second one is not accidental. How did I get lucky to have 2 kisses in a day
