[0-18] - THE PROCEEDING (Part 2)

I kept standing next to Shiori as I see nearly everyone else trudging in.

The room is big, so there was enough space for everyone to move around even if everyone was in here.

The last time I heard, there were a bit over 10 people in here.

Now, it already feels like over 20 people are here.

With Shiori, I stood in one of the corners.

I don't feel like getting trampled.

???: "Do you know what this is for?"

KAZUKI KURODA: "Hell no... If I did, what would I even do about it?"

???: "True, but... there has to be something."

Ew... people and their false hope.

Now I do wanna throw up.

If there was something we could do, you'd bet we would've tried it by now.

But, no... here we are...

SHIORI NAKANO: "I hear them, too."

HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Hm?"

SHIORI NAKANO: "People thinking they can do something?"

HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Oh, for sure. For all we know, that guy kidnapped all of us. If he can kidnap 30 people at once, why should we expect to get back at him?"

HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Hm? What is it, Rina?"

She looks at Shiori.

RINA KAGAWA: "Actually, he can stay. He might want to hear this as well."

SHIORI NAKANO: "What is it?"

HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Again...? What is it between you and him?"

SHIORI NAKANO: "Okay, so... what did he talk to you about?"
