Renjiro and I walked back to Riku as he called out the person's name.
We waited for a bit, and Riku looked confused.
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "Oh, come on, don't tell me you're hiding?!"
I looked around as well.
Even though everyone was almost the same height as me, some short and some taller, I couldn't find anybody.
...That's probably because I don't even know a "Yuki" yet.
...
But, someone in the corner of my eye moved away.
And I see a person sitting down in a corner.
I try my best to avoid eye contact.
HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Hey, uhm... Riku?"
I walk a bit closer to Riku.
RIKU NAKASHIIMA: "Hm? What is it?"
HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Is... that Yuki guy sitting over there?"
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "What do you mean?"
I give signals about the boy sitting in the corner.
!!!
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "Yeah, yeah! That's him!"
He looks scared, though... I don't want Riku to do anything unnecessary.
HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Don't scare him, though..."
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "I'm one of the people who he knows most, so he'll soften up."
RENJIRO KATO: "I have an idea. Just tell us his name!"
"He certainly doesn't have to talk to us."
...
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "Eh... you're right I guess."
"His name's Yuki Shirakawa. And from what I know, he's contestant number 14."
RENJIRO KATO: "I see..."
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "Anyways, was that all you wanted to know?"
HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Technically, that's all we can know."
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "I get your point."
...
We stood there for-
!!!
RENJIRO KATO: "I have another fantastic idea."
Great.
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "What is it?"
RENJIRO KATO: "Wanna tag along on our introduction adventure?"
You're calling it an adventure...?
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "I mean... I don't see why not?"
RENJIRO KATO: "Awesome!"
HARUKI KISHIMOTO: "Who do we even start with first?"
RIKU NAKASHIMA: "Follow me. I have a great idea."
