EPILOGUE

September 15, 2024.
Nahla ran into the house while bilkisu chased after her. "This girl!" Bilkisu said after catching her. Nahla giggled and bilkisu smiled at her.

Bilkisu placed a kiss on Nahla's cheeks as she picked her up. Nahla cupped Bilkisu's cheeks with her tiny hands and pecked bilkisu too. It made bilkisu chuckle. "I love you my baby!" Bilkisu muttered.

"I wove you too mama." Nahla replied with her baby voice. Bilkisu chuckled. Akram came downstairs together with Asmau. "Is that my Princess?" Akram asked teasingly.

Nahla quickly ran to him and hugged him. "My little Princess!" Akram said picking Nahla up. "Baba." She said slowly. Akram chuckled. "I'll be right back, why don't you let Anty asmau hold you for a bit?" Akram said handing Nahla to asmau.

Nahla grinned making asmau chuckle. Akram then walked over to bilkisu and hugged her. "Hello hayati." He whispered loud enough for her to hear.

"Shut up." Bilkisu said blushing. Akram chuckled. "By the way where's mama?" Akram asked. "She went to buy some things from the market I think." Bilkisu replied and Akram nodded.

"Everyone's coming right?" Akram asked. "Sa'ed, Aisha, Ibrahim, Husna, Chinelo, Fahhamah, Safiyya, Maryam, Ahmad they're all on their way. Firdausi will also be back soon." Bilkisu told him. "Alright then good." He said.

"You guys should stop sharing love please. I've had enough." Asmau said rolling her eyes. The couple chuckled "Don't act like you don't do the same with Abdullah." Bilkisu said as asmau blushed.

The others arrived moments later and they all had a picnic in the main living room of the Ahmed's home. "God abeg, this you people's love sha." Chinelo said staring at Akram and bilkisu.

"Shutup. Have you seen the way you and your husband behave?" Bilkisu asked glaring at Chinelo and Joshua. "Help me tell them." Akram said. Chinelo hissed. "Bilkisu I'll soon slap you. Stop attacking my husband and I please." She said and Joshua wrapped his arm around her.

"These ones won't allow us breathe." Firdausi said rolling her eyes.

"You guys should rest please." Aisha said rolling her eyes. "Aisha you and Ibrahim are getting married soon and God knows you'll do worse." Bilkisu muttered shaking her head.

Aisha blushed which made both bilkisu and Chinelo roll their eyes. "It's okay you guys. Oya rub it in our faces that we're still single." Maryam muttered rolling her eyes.

"Abi oo." Fahhamah and firdausi chorused. Bilkisu eyed them. "Don't worry, we'll find love one day." Safiyya said before hissing. They all burst out laughing.

They started playing games when Amal yelled. "Bilkisu Ahmed Bello! Come and carry your child."
Bilkisu shook her head with a small laugh. "Mama I'm coming." Bilkisu said standing up.

She went to get Nahla before returning to the living room. They continued to play games. "Girl no, I won." Maryam said to safiyya. "You guys should stop arguing please, none of you won so calm down." Chinelo said.

"Oh please Chinelo, stop being a hater." Safiyya said rolling her eyes. "My wife isn't a hater." Joshua said glaring. "Oya oo, rub it in my face that I'm still single." Safiyya said hissing. Everyone laughed.

"Joshua you're so overprotective." Akram said. "Look who's talking." Chinelo eyed him. "I'm telling you." Aisha agreed.

"You guys! Leave my husband alone." Bilkisu said leaning close to akram. "Me too I'll love one day." Maryam said sighing dreamily.

"Please you guys are so funny." Asmau said chuckling. Her phone rang and she blushed. "Oga Abdullah is calling abi?" Safiyya asked.

Asmau blushed harder and excused herself. "God abeg, me sef I will find love one day." Firdausi said sighing.
"But All of you in love, it's thunder that will fire your left yansh." Safiyya muttered sighing.

"It's your own yansh thunder will fire sha." Chinelo said making safiyya laugh. "Don't worry, we'll find love one day." Fahhamah said teasingly.

"Iffa slap you. You'll be acting like you're not sharing love with Ahmad." Chinelo said eyeing Fahhamah. Fahhamah blushed and Ahmad chuckled.

"Chinelo stop being a hater." Ahmad said making Chinelo glare. "All of you will soon receive slap." She warned.

"Let's continue playing this game abeg, you guys talk too much." Aisha said rolling her eyes. "Aisha you're mad abi?" Chinelo asked. Aisha grinned "I'm not." She said.

"Exactly she's not." Ibrahim said grinning as well. "All of you supporting your babes ehn, it's God that will punish you people." Safiyya said hissing yet again. Everyone laughed. "Safiyya you'll find love one day don't worry." Bilkisu said teasingly making safiyya glare.

They played some more games until it was time for maghrib.
The men went to the mosque while the women stayed back.

Everyone prayed then went home one by one. Aisha was the last to go home as Ibrahim had something to do before dropping her at home. Bilkisu and Akram escorted them out. "Bye guys!" She said waving. "Nahla say bye bye." Bilkisu said and Nahla smiled as she waved. "See you soon!" Aisha said waving as well.

Ibrahim drove out of the compound before akram and bilkisu headed back in. "God I'm tired." Bilkisu said sighing. "Sorry hayati, do you want to take a bath?" Akram asked. "Yea I think I'll do that." Bilkisu replied as she went up.

"Please stay with Nahla before I come back." Bilkisu said and Akram nodded.

When bilkisu finished taking a bath, she came downstairs again and then Nahla ran to her. "Let's go watch a movie shall we?" Bilkisu said. "Yayy!" Nahla squealed making bilkisu chuckle.

Bilkisu sat on the chesterfield sofa and Akram stood up from the one sitter to sit beside her but Nahla beat him to it. Akram sighed and sat beside Nahla instead while bilkisu chuckled.

Amal came downstairs then "there's food in the fridge if any of you are interested." She said. Akram and bilkisu nodded. "Also you two should go back to your house soon, I need some alone time with my husband." Amal said with a small smile.

"Mama!" Bilkisu whined. "Leave me alone." Amal said going back upstairs to meet asmau. Akram chuckled before they turned back to the movie that Nahla was too busy watching.
