After the doctor administered the necessary insulin and outlined Radhi's treatment plan, Ayansh carefully watched over her as she rested.

However, to Ayansh's surprise, Radhi remained unconscious for an extended period.

As five hours passed, Ayansh grew increasingly anxious, wondering why Radhi hadn't regained consciousness.

He checked her pulse, temperature, and tried to gently wake her, but there was no response.

Concerned and uncertain, Ayansh decided to call the doctor again.

"Doctor, Radhi hasn't woken up since you left. Is this normal?" Ayansh asked, his voice filled with worry.

The doctor, sensing Ayansh's concern, advised, "Sometimes, the body takes time to recover. However, if she doesn't wake up soon, I recommend bringing her to the hospital for further evaluation. I'll come over right away."

Radhi slowly opened her eyes, the room gradually coming into focus. Covered with a warm blanket, she could feel the remnants of her fainting spell lingering.

As she mumbled, "What happened?" she searched the room for Ayansh.

Ayansh turned toward her, relief evident in his eyes. "Radhi, you're awake. How are you feeling?"

"I'm okay for now," Radhi replied, her voice still a bit weak.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier that you have diabetes?" Ayansh inquired, concern etched on his face.

Radhi struggled to recall the events, her memory hazy after fainting in the bathroom.

She focused on Ayansh's question, "I don't remember... just a vague recollection."

Her attention shifted to her clothes, and she looked at Ayansh, asking, "Ayansh, why am I here? I was taking a shower, and then everything went blurry."

Ayansh, after listening to Radhi's uncertainty about her memory, swallowed hard. His gaze shifted momentarily, grappling with the realization that Radhi might not recall the recent events.

Ayansh inhaled deeply, the air pregnant with anticipation. "Radhi, prepare for what I'm about to reveal. Even if anger befalls me after hearing the truth, I had no other path to tread."

Radhi asked, "What are you about to reveal that would make me angry with you?'"

"Actually, I brought you here when you didn't respond. I had to break into the bathroom, and I found you unconscious on the floor," Ayansh explained, his eyes reflecting the concern he felt.

"Wait a minute... Did you just say you came into the bathroom?" Radhi asked, her voice tinged with a mix of surprise and concern.

"Yes," Ayansh nodded, his head slightly tilted, a hint of uncertainty in his expression.

"Then?" Radhi inquired, attempting to delve further into the situation.

"Afterward, I took the initiative to change your clothes," Ayansh continued, his voice carrying a sense of urgency and care.

"What... what did you say? You changed my clothes?" Radhi exclaimed, her voice escalating with surprise and disbelief.

"Sorry Radhi, but I didn't have any other option," Ayansh apologized, regret evident in his tone.

"You could have called a maid for this, but you..." Radhi said, her tone a mix of astonishment and inquiry.

"At the crack of dawn, when you decided to take an unscheduled nap, the clock was ticking at a delightful four in the morning. Now, imagine the chaos if I had dialed up a maid - newsflash, my dear, it would have been broadcasted straight to my mother's ears, and suddenly our blissful marital status would've been under the microscope of family scrutiny," Ayansh elucidated.
