4. The Care - 2

Aryan came to Arjun while taking baby steps. He straight looked into Arjun's eyes and asked.

Aryan: Agar main apse kuchh puchhu to kya aap mujhe sach sach answer doge?

Arjun though was confused but nodded in yes.

Aryan: Apko kaise pata chala ki mujhe har chhoti chhoti cheezo se dar lagta hai?

Arjun: Thoda K.D. Bhai ne bataya, thoda Ramu kaka ne aur baki main khud ek police officer hoon observation power achchhi hai meri. Dikhta hai mujhe jab tum dar ke apne knees ko hug karke baith jate ho. Dikhta hai jab aai aur baba ko miss karte hue Kone me baith ke chupchap rote ho. Are ek chinti tak ko dekh ke dar jate ho.

Aryan: Aur kya sirf iss liye ki main darta hoon aap mujhe yaha le aye?

Arjun just looked at him intently who in return got the same intense look of Aryan. Rest all were highly scared of Arjun's answer as they were not sure that even though Arjun already loves Aryan but he was ready to accept him or not.

Arjun sighed.

Arjun: As I said earlier, Haan main tumhe yaha le aaya kyuki tum uss Ghar me nahi reh pate lekin yeh baat bhi utni hi sach hai ki sirf ussi reason se tumhe yaha leke nahi aya. I feel I can give you at least slightly better environment here than Rawte Mansion. I think you can grow better here.

Hearing this though Aryan was happy that only him getting scared was not only the reason for Arjun to bring him here but he was also disappointed that Arjun still did not properly acknowledge their relationship.

Sakshi (in low tone): Ayesha, yeh Arjun samajta kyu nahi hai ki kabhi kabhi apne man ke emotions ko Zahir bhi karna padta hai

Ayesha (equally low tone): Agar samaj jate to Arjun sir thodi na hote.

They both sighed. Aryan's eyes filled up on realisation that his brother is still not ready to acknowledge their relationship very much openly but he controlled his emotions.

Arjun continued while cupping Aryan's face.

Arjun: Lekin baki har ek baat se badi baat yeh hai Aryan ki tum mere chhote bhai ho. You are my family Aryan. Aur ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte kabhi bhi apni family ko aise dar ke mahol me nahi rehne deta.

That's what everyone including Aryan wanted to hear. Aryan almost threw himself on Arjun in a tight hug who hold him as much protectively as he can. Aryan was crying and Arjun was just caressing his hair.

Rest all too smiled at brother's bond and then left from their house giving brothers much needed time and space.

Arjun: Bas Aryan. Bas baba aise rote nahi tabiyat kharab ho jayegi. Bas Aryan bas.

Aryan broke the hug and looked at Arjun while slightly sobbing. He wiped his tears.

Aryan: Ary.

Arjun looked at him confusingly.

Arjun: Matlab?

Aryan: Aai aur Baba ne Mera pet name Ary rakha hai. Aap bhi mujhe Ary bulaoge to mujhe achchha lagega. Zyada apnapan feel hota hai Dada.

Arjun just smiled a little as he remembered that he had decided that he would give a pet name too to his brother and he would call him as Ary. Aryan saw a slight smile on Arjun's face and felt nice. He just wanted his brother to be happy now. His brother has accepted him without even thinking for a second and now it is upto him that how he would make his brother happy. It was then he remembered that his brother's friends were saying that his brother was not happy. He was having some issues in this house.  He remembered how Arjun was uncomfortable even though he came in this house.
