As the class continued, Clair couldn't help but steal glances at Grey every now and then. She noticed that he was quiet and kept to himself, but there was something about him that intrigued her. She wondered if she would ever get a chance to talk to him and get to know him better.

Suddenly, the teacher called on Grey to answer a question. Clair held her breath as Grey spoke, his voice deep and smooth. "The answer is 42," he said, his eyes flickering briefly to Clair's before returning to the teacher.

Clair felt her heart skip a beat at the brief moment of eye contact. She couldn't help but wonder if it meant anything, or if she was just imagining things.

As the class continued, Clair couldn't help but steal glances at Grey every now and then. She noticed that he was quiet and kept to himself, but there was something about him that intrigued her. She wondered if she would ever get a chance to talk to him and get to know him better.

Eve noticed Clair's infatuation with Grey and decided to lighten the mood. "Hey Clair, you're staring so hard at Grey, I'm surprised you haven't burned a hole in his shirt yet," she joked.

Clair blushed and playfully punched Eve's arm. "Shut up, Eve. I just think he's cute, that's all."

As the class ended, Clair gathered her things and made her way towards Grey's desk. "Hey, I'm Clair," she said, offering him a friendly smile.

Grey looked up at her, his expression guarded. "Nice to meet you," he said, his voice polite but distant.

At that time Dexter was waiting for Eve at the door and Eve said goodbye to Clair by nudging her shoulder and whispering "You have to win her heart" then Clair blushed.

"Quand tu es rougissant, c'était mignon" He said.

"What? No way.." Clair felt a little embarrassed at Dexter's comment, but couldn't help but smile at him.

"Clair,I'll go first." Eve said while waving her hand

"I'll see you later Eve."

As Eve made her way towards the door, Dexter couldn't help but overhear their conversation. "Win whose heart?" he asked, raising an eyebrow in curiosity.

Clair felt her face turn even redder as she realized that Dexter had heard everything. "Oh, um, it's nothing," she said, trying to brush it off.

But Eve wasn't about to let her off the hook so easily. "It's Grey," she said, grinning mischievously. "Clair has a crush on him."

Dexter's eyes widened in surprise. "Grey? The guy who always has his nose buried in a book?" he asked, looking over at Grey's desk.

"Yeah, that's him," she said, nodding her head.

Then, Dexter couldn't resist making a joke. "Just that Clair has a major crush on you, Grey. You better watch out, or she might steal your heart," he said, winking at Clair.

Clair felt her face turn even redder at Dexter's teasing. "Oh my god, stop it," she said, playfully hitting his arm.

Grey couldn't help but chuckle at their banter. "Well, if Clair's blushing is any indication, I'd say she's doing a pretty good job of stealing my heart already," he said, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

Clair felt her heart skip a beat at Grey's comment. She couldn't believe that he was flirting with her, let alone making jokes with her and her friends. Maybe, just maybe, she had a chance with him after all.

Then Dexter laughed. He held Eve's hand and they left Clair and Grey on the class.

As Grey finished putting his book in his bag, he turned to Clair and said, "Hey, Clair, I was wondering if you wanted to grab a coffee with me at that café down the street. I'd love to get to know you better."

Clair felt her heart skip a beat at Grey's words. She had been hoping for a chance to spend more time with him, but she hadn't expected him to be so direct. "I..uhm..I'd love to," she said, trying to keep her voice steady.

As they walked towards the café, Clair's mind raced with possibilities. What would they talk about? Would Grey ask her out again? She tried to calm her nerves by taking deep breaths, but her heart was still pounding in her chest.

As they settled into a booth and ordered their coffee, Grey turned to Clair and said, "So, Clair, tell me more about yourself. What do you like to do for fun?"

Clair felt herself relaxing as they talked, and she couldn't help but be drawn in by Grey's easy smile and warm personality.

Clair felt a flutter in her stomach as Grey asked her about herself. She took a sip of her coffee to steady her nerves, then looked up at Grey with a shy smile. "Well, I like to dancing," she said. "And I enjoy going for long walks in the park. But mostly, I like spending time with someone who makes me laugh."

As she spoke, Clair couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious. She had just revealed something personal about herself, and she wasn't sure how Grey would react. But when she looked up, she saw that he was smiling at her in a way that made her heart skip a beat.

"I like making you laugh," Grey said, his voice low and husky. "In fact, I'd like to make you laugh more often. Maybe we could go to a comedy show together sometime?"

Clair felt a blush rise to her cheeks at Grey's suggestion. She had never been to a comedy show before, but the idea of going with Grey sounded like a dream come true. "I'd like that," she said softly. "I'd like that a lot."

Then Grey said to her,"Quel est votre plat préféré?"

"What's that, Grey?" she asked, still giggling.

Grey grinned mischievously. "I said, 'Quel est votre plat préféré?' Which means, 'What's your favorite dish?' in French."

Clair raised an eyebrow, impressed by Grey's language skills. "Well, if you must know, my favorite dish is coq au vin," she said, trying to keep a straight face.

Grey's eyes widened in surprise. "Really? I love coq au vin!" he exclaimed.

Clair felt a thrill of excitement run through her as she realized they had yet another thing in common. "No way! That's my favorite French dish," she said, grinning.

Grey leaned in a little closer, his voice low. "Well, then, I know where we're going for our next date," he said, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

Clair felt her heart skip a beat at Grey's words.

Grey walked Clair home, their conversation flowing easily as they strolled through the quiet streets. As they approached Clair's house, Grey turned to her with a sheepish smile. "I'm sorry we had to take the bus earlier," he said. "I know it's not romantic."

Clair shook her head, a warm smile on her lips. "It's okay," she said. "I'm used to taking the bus. And besides, it was still a lot of fun."

Grey's smile widened at her words. "I'm glad you had a good time," he said. "I did too."

As they reached Clair's front door, she turned to Grey with a curious expression. "So, where do you live?" she asked.

Grey hesitated for a moment, then shrugged. "I live on A20," he said.

Clair's eyes widened in surprise. "Really? your house is behind my house!" she said, a little embarrassed.

Grey chuckled. "WOAH...I'ts okay,I like to keep a low profile," he said with a wink.

Clair smiled, feeling a flutter of excitement in her stomach. "Well, maybe we'll run into each other more often," she said, her voice soft.

Grey's eyes sparkled with amusement. "I certainly hope so," he said, his hand lingering on hers for a moment before he turned to go. "Goodnight, Clair."

"Goodnight, Grey," Clair said, watching as he disappeared into the darkness. She couldn't wait to see him again.
