-As they made their way back to their class, her heart still fluttered with excitement from the chance encounter she had just experienced. She had just crossed paths or should she say saved a captivating stranger at one of the buildings, and her lingering gaze sparked an unfamiliar curiosity within me. Lost in her thoughts, she barely noticed their route that they are used to take. Irin, always the careful one, who could sense her distraction and nudged her playfully, jolting her back to reality. With a smile, she asked, "So, what was all that about? Suddenly you are lost for words"

-Her mind spun with a flurry of emotions, but she seized the opportunity to confide in her dear friend. "I don't know, Irin," she said, her voice laced with intrigue and uncertainty. "There was something about her that drew me in, like a magnetic force I couldn't ignore," she admitted, surprised at her own candor. As they strolled through the bustling campus, Irin listened attentively, her eyes reflecting her inner longing for something new. Their friendship, rooted in years of shared laughter and secrets, allowed them to traverse the vast ocean of possibilities together. She understood the tangled emotions that arose when two people shared even the briefest connection.

Irin's supportive presence provided solace, enabling her to explore the depths of this newfound fascination without fear. She gently reminded her of the importance of nurturing herself and following her heart, all while acknowledging the potential for uncertainty and vulnerability. As they passed the library, their conversation became more introspective. Irin had always been intuitive, her wisdom extending far beyond her years. She encouraged her to dive deeper into the questions that fluttered within her. What did this chance encounter mean? Was it a fleeting moment or something more significant?

As her thoughts swirled, Irin's comforting words became her guiding light. Rebecca, due to her unforgiving past, couldn't comprehend such feelings nor affection towards someone. She always thought that such type of relationships were always end into a bad notice. Or it's just a mere fake that both will remain in love forever. Her childhood was full of misery and pain, her stepmother made sure that her life would be full of agony, until one day she would end her own life. True there were times when she would be smiling and laughing, but those times were when her busy father was around her. As she always mentioned, those were only my special occasions when my heart was full of love.

However, with such childhood memories, her saving grace was when she met Irin, a friend who became her sister. She was the smile, when her day was full of gloom. She was the hand, when she stumbled upon a trouble. She was the warmth that would she always feel, as her embrace wash away her tears. True Nop was around her after she met Irin, but she always felt like he carried a feeling that is more than just a friend, when she always wanted him to be a friend. As such, her mind kept swirling around different parts of her past memories. Some of which her heart was aching in pain, parts that submerged her eyes into her salty pools of tears. Why? a word she kept repeating the moment her hand left hers. Why this sudden change in her feelings? Why she was attracted by her the moment she saw her at the café? She helped her, as a term of sympathy for seeing someone in distress, but why her heart flattered when her eyes met with hers?

Irin noticed the brown maiden next to her was in complete different world, a world which is full of endless thoughts and questions about an incident that lasted for 5 minutes. With a gentle touch, Rebecca startled and returned to her time. With eyes that wondered, how did she ended up in their respective campus. She turned her head, looking at her friend, in which her eyes were full of worry and fear. "I-Irin" she called "what just happened?" Irin was looking at her face when she noticed her true lostness. She reached out and held both of her arms, assuring her that she is here. With a soft glance, her lips formed a smile. "Nothing happened Becky, I was talking to you all the time" she giggled "but I guess you've been lost within your mind" Rebecca gulped, as her head slowly lowered. "the last thing I remember, when I told you about my feelings" she murmured, with her fist clenched. "and now..I quite honestly don't know what to say"
