This test of mine

I've started a test again
A test to see who really cares
Who really notices
But it's when I start this test
You see
I fall apart
I fall apart because
I know that
This test this test
Leaves me battered and broken
When they don't text
This test
This test
Tears at my very soul
Twisting
Bending
Breaking
Ripping
Until there's nothing left
There's nothing left
But I'll say I'm whole
I'll say I'm fine
And when they come
Asking
Asking in one single
Message
"R u okay"
I'll just smile
And breathe
Even though
I know
I am not worth the words
In the dictionary
To spell it out
And ask correctly.
