Ezra's POV:
___________

I was at the gym the whole day working out till i felt a small body that hugged me from behind.

"Has crecido, alborotador". (You've grown up, troublemaker) a female voice ran out to my ears.

"Sofi?" a smile formed on my face as I turned to face her.

"Hey, Ezzi." Sofia smiled hugging me and i did the same.

"What brought you here?" i ran my hand on her back.

"You met me too seconds ago and you want me to leave already?"

"Haha, no, of course not."

"How about we go get a drink and I'll tell you then."

"Sure, a shower first."

"Lead the way Ezzi."

We got out of the gym and I drove the two of us home. We arrived and I headed to my room to get a shower as she made her way to my kitchen.

After all she knows the house very well.

*minutes later*

I put the towel around my waist and was about to change my clothes when I saw Sofia flipping through the photo albums on my bed.

"Happy times come and go, but the memories stay forever, right?" she spoke holding one pic in her hands.

"Yes." i smiled walking closer to her.

she raised her eyes and gave me a strange look then she moved her eyes to my bare chest.

"Well, someone has been working out hard lately."

"Hahaha, you know me."

"Wait, what is this?" she placed her hand where I've been shot.

"Ah, it's nothing." i ran my fingers through my hair walking away heading to my closet.

"I'm talking to you young man. Look at me."

"I said it's nothing."

she walked towards me slowly. "You got shot."

"Haha, I'm sure it happened many times before. You know my job isn't that safe." i laughed.

"Who healed it for you? I'm sure it wasn't you. You never actually care about your scars."

"Your sister did." i talked calmly.

"My- huh? Aurora?" with a surprised look Sofia asked.

"You have another one?"

"That's.., surprising."

"Me getting shot or your sister healing it?"

"Both. but Aurora isn't really a fan of blood."

"What is she? a vampire? why would anyone likes blood?" i laughed.

"Stop laughing. What I meant is, she was always afraid of blood, since her childhood."

"Well, she's stronger than you think." my tone changed.

"I guess so."

i put on some clothes then headed out to the living room where Sofia was.

"I liked you more when you were shirtless." she spoke without raising her eyes from the TV.

i didn't answer her then sat next to her.

"Hungry?" i asked.

"So much. Let's order pizza."

i laughed then grabbed my phone and ordered two large pizza.
