CHAPTER 23 : GOODBYE LOVE

Y/n pov

I entered the house with an idiotic smile. I opened the door and my smile disappeared. What's happening in my house?

Everything being packed in boxes. I can see my parents organising things inside boxes. My brother is also helping them. They are unknown to my presence yet. Soon my mother looked at my numb body which froze infront of the entrance.

Ms.Min : Y/n you're here honey. Go to your room and start packing. ( she said handing me a box)

Y/n : wha- what's going o-on? ( my voice broke as an unknown fear striked inside me)

Mr.Min : daughter we're sorry but we have to move tomorrow. I tried my best to stop it but things aren't working out. ( i can tell my father is upset)

Y/n : you said we're staying then why? ( my tears made their away out of my eyes)

Mr.Min : i'm sorry daughter. I couldn't keep my words. Please be understanding.

Y/n : then why tomorrow? Give me time. ( i pleaded)

Mr.Min : i'm sorry. I'm sorry. If it wasn't important then i wouldn't have forced you to move like this. ( my father kept apologising for a sin he didn't commit)

Y/n : i didn't even say goodbye to my friends. Everyone knows i'm staying. Ho- how can i- ( i broke down and fell on my knees)

Mrs. Min : Y/n stop this nonsense. There's nothing you should be crying about like this. Stop being baby. Go and pack your stuff. ( my mother roughly pulled me to stand)

Yoongi : mom let go of her. You don't know how she is feeling. Leaving everything is not easy for her, for me. We could have normalize the situation if you gave us time. We still can't even process what's happening to us. ( i think this is the first time, my brother took my side)

Mr.Min : son take your sister to her room.

Yoongi : yes dad. She needs space. Come with me idiot. ( he pulled me softly side hugging me)

He took me to my room. I sat on the edge of my bed looking helplessly at my brother who looked helpless as well.

Y/n : Yoongi what's happening? ( i cried)

Yoongi : stupid why are you crying? You always said you're matured than me. Then you should understanding nah? ( he sat infront of me wiping my tears)

Y/n : Yoongi... ( i cried louder because i couldn't express my frustration)

Yoongi : You'll be fine in Daegu trust me. Maybe you'll make better friends there. The friends you have here..you can contact them after moving to Daegu. You can come and meet them anytime you want. Also i'm staying here. ( he flashed me a soft smile trying to comfort me)

Yoongi : you have to understand mom and dad. It's for our good. ( i nodded)

I understand. I understand everything but my heart is getting pulled by the strings i attached with Joshua. Why is it so hard to be with Joshua?

Time skip : at night

Everything is all packed up now. I'm sitting in the bed thinking what might be Joshua doing. Why do i always disappoint him like this?

He might be all happy and expecting the best for our first date. Here i can't even show up.

We're leaving early in the morning. I hate this i hate my life.
