Leanne and Malcom are doing great....Lee is coming along really well I'd give it a week or two before the baby is here, I think its a boy I might have done a little spell

I hope you and Sirius are doing well....I can't wait to see you

Marlene sighed as she put the letter away, she missed her family this war had split them apart, Malcom and Leanne had found out they were having a baby and it was due anytime soon

Matt was acting as a healer and was in Scotland with Malcom and Leanne

Mason was on missions for the order along with the Pewett twins, while Michael was acting as a spy and travelled back and forth France to London with information

Marvin was tucked away in hogwards with her parents safe and protected from the war

Rapid heavy bangs on the door got Marlene's attention, she grabbed her wand and walked to the door.....opening it just enough to see who was on the otherside

"Mason?"

"Marlene it's me! Let me in!"

"How do I know it's you!"

"When you were five you put stones in James ice cream and then you accidentally ate it!"

"Damn it!" She opened the door and Mason stepped in and nearly fell to the ground because of the person in his arms

"Get your healers kit!! I'll explain later"

Marlene did as she was told and worked silently as Mason sent a letter through the floo

"What happened and why is he here?" Marlene asked

"The twins and I were ambushed they didn't- i- they were-

"No" Marlene whispered as she felt the air being kicked out of her, she shook her head

"I was outnumbered until, I wasn't" he said nodding towards the passed put figure on the sofa

"He- he saved you?" Marlene asked softly

"Well he is my brother" a voice croaked from behind her

"Brother?! You think you can call yourself that after everything you've don-

"Marlene enough! We should let Marcus get some rest before we talk.....we're all upset and we need a break" Mason said making her scoff

"Sure bring him to my bloody apartment why don't you!" She said as she walked into the kitchen hoping Sirius would return soon

"You thought it was a good idea to bring that peice of garbage to my flat! And you thought it was even better an idea to keep him here while my girl is home alone?!" Sirius yelled as he stood face to face with Mason

"I didn't know where else to go! And that peice of garbage is my brother! And some information you should already know by now your " girl" is my sister!" Mason yelled back

"Your sister who you haven't seen in how long!?"

"Time I was out actually doing something to change the course of the war my whole family has been doing the same!! What has your family done? Last time I checked all of them are death eaters!! Death eaters who killed my friends!! Maybe one of them was your brother!!"

Marlene watched as Sirius stumbled back like he had been physically hit before stomping towards the bedroom slamming the door behind him

"Enough! Mason you should check on Marcus....I'll go check on Sirius and maybe next time don't bring up Regulus"

"Why because your boyfriend can't face the truth?!"

"No because Regulus is dead" she said softly as she walked towards the bedroom

Marlene knocked on the door and walked into the room, Sirius stood with his back to her looking out the window

"I'm sorry about him" she said as she wrapped her arms around Sirius

"No he's right" Sirius said with a sigh

"He is Marlene.....you know he is" he said as he turned around

"I know that it's not true because of Andromeda and you" she said as she gently held his face in her hands

"Stong two contenders" he said with as chuckle as he hugged her

After moments of silence, Marlene slowly tilted his head to look at her

"I know we can't trust him.....but let's hear him out please....if he saved Mason their has to be a part of the old Marcus left right?"

"Please Sirius he's my brother.....I can't lose him"

"And I can't lose you" he said as he grabbed her hands in his

"Please.....just to hear him out....if he's really switched sides we could use all the information he can give us!"

Sirius shook his head, this war had not only made him lose all his family but he had also lost his friends.....their trust

He barely believed a word Remus said anymore maybe he was a prejudice prick for not trusting his best mate because he's a werewolf

"The second I feel anything is wrong I will kill him!" He said as he reached for the door

Marcus and Mason we're sat on the sofa as Mason listened to Marcus talking

"You have five minutes so start talking!" Sirius said as they approached the brothers

"I've made some mistakes and I learned from them"
