THIRD PERSON POV

"No."

"I don't like this."

"Another."

"Change this."

In a sophisticated office, more than just a workspace but a testament to human ingenuity and the power of design, a serene yet stressed individual named Miyeon stood, sighing as she witnessed her boss dismiss every design submitted by her architects. It had been an entire month of torment since Jennie, her boss and the CEO of Infinite Structures, began criticizing every design produced by the architects. The past month had been a nightmare for all the employees working under Infinite Structures. Architects from prestigious universities and different countries poured their creativity into creating the latest designs, only to have them discarded like scraps by the CEO.

The architects had toiled relentlessly for the entire month, watching as the CEO glanced at their work for less than a minute and crumpled the paper, treating it as mere trash. Beads of cold sweat formed on their faces, as if on the verge of tears from the immense effort they had put in, working overtime and pushing themselves to the brink for the sake of the designs. They couldn't help but wonder why the CEO couldn't even consider their work. They silently prayed, hoping that at least one design would be accepted, if only to salvage their professional lives.

However, to their dismay, the CEO crumpled the last piece of paper, signifying the end. Their hopes were shattered.

"Is this all you've come up with?" Jennie shouted, forcefully slamming her hands on the table, causing everyone in her office to flinch.

"This looks like a pile of garbage!" Jennie added, glaring at her architects who kept their heads bowed, avoiding her gaze. "Should we consider terminating a significant number of employees to address this issue? Since no one seems to answer me?" Jennie's tone remained serious, devoid of any hint of humor.

"No-no. Ms. Kim-"CEO Kim," Jennie corrected the nervous architect who attempted to speak.

"Yes, ma'am?" the architect asked, confused.

"How long have you been working here?" Jennie responded with another question.

The architect gulped, visibly nervous. "Th-three months. I've been working here for almost three months, ma'am."

"You're fired," Jennie said bluntly, lacking any empathy. "You've been working in my domain without knowing how to address me? It seems like you still need training, mister." She looked at him disinterestedly, and without needing a second command, the architect left the room while in tears.

The remaining architects trembled, witnessing their colleague's dismissal. This wasn't the first time someone had been fired for addressing the CEO incorrectly, but no one dared to speak up. Yes, this is the most scariest company but this company is nothing compared to others, employees are being fed here starting by ample compensation, including salaries and benefits, and overall, it will definitely satisfied their employees.

"Prepare another design. I want it to be even better next time," the CEO said, massaging her temple.

"Yes, CEO Kim," the architect replied, bowing deeply at a 90° angle. The room fell into silence as the architects remained motionless.

"Are you all waiting to be fired before leaving?" Jennie asked, more like a threat, causing the architects to lower their heads once again before stumbling out of her office.
