"Nimca!" My mom called me. I had dozed off in the car as we drove from the airport. We were officially in Japan, oh i've missed this place. "oh, sorry mom!" I say and shake my head a bit to wake myself up more. The landscape flashed outside the car window, my grandfather driving while my mom was in the front passenger seat, me in the back seats. I had gotten a recommendation from the famous high school U.A high, i was so fucking hyped! "when are we there?" I asked my mother, with that question i was referring to the house me and Mom would live in. "oh, about.. uhm, 50 minutes" she answers as she looks outside just like me. I groan in frustration as i was the impatient kind of person. I reached for the bottle of coke in the front seats with the help of my quirk. A vine spread from the palm of my hand, pulling the bottle back. Mom rolled her eyes as i did so, it was her coke "Claiming this mine now" i say to Mom and drink some Coke while chuckling.

Jeez, this house was large! "mom! Why such a big house, we're only.. two.." i say, my voice starting to fade away as i mention it only being the two of us living in this house. I try to shake it away, but i struggle. My father left us about a year ago due to mom finally kicking him out, but i missed him. It felt like a thorn Spike had punctured my heart as i thought of him, but i thought he deserved it pretty bad still. "Well, you ain't complaining are ya?" She asks, her tone cheerful, still a bit forced. I chuckle and shake my head quickly "No, not at all" i say as the car pull up in the driveway. I stretch my arms a bit. Suddenly i get a notification from my phone 'bz'
Eijiro🪨: Hey, you in Japan yet?
My best friend texted me. We had been best friends since kindergarten and i was dying to see him after all these years, he should just know how i had developed
Me: Yup, just pulled into the driveway of the house!
I text back before putting the phone in my pocket with a grin plastered on my face. I stretch my legs a bit before opening the car door, thinking this was a fresh start for me and Mom.
The luggage we could fit in the car was brought in with the help of my quirk, one of my quirks.. Vines lifted up the luggage, roots stuck out of the ground, carrying the luggage aswell. The sunlight hit my skin when the clouds parted, revealing the bright orb in the sky, sunlight really gave me power up. As i was basically as a plant, with instead of blood running through my veins there was sap, and i breathe carbon dioxide, it made sense that i grew stronger in contact to water and sunlight. I yawn a bit as i rub my hurting eyelids. I though i slept-
Mom came behind me and looked up at the big house. She dangled the key Infront of my eyes before unlocking the door, slowly opening it. The house was too empty for my likings, but it wasn't That wierd with the fact we just move in. Boxes stood in the livingroom, i guess the moving company had already been here. 'bz'
Eijiro🪨: It's gonna be so fun that you are gonna attend to U.A aswell!
Me: Yeah! I think i'm supposed to start tomorrow. Ugh, i wish i could atleast wait a week until i had to start, i'm Soooooooo jet lagged i think i might die
Eijiro🪨: Yeah, i get it. For my part i am happy that you are coming to school tomorrow though

i laughed, i really missed him and Japan. I shook my head "what room is mine?" I ask mom and look around the house "The last door on the second floor" she said. I nodded and started to head up the stairs. I follow the little corridor and soon i reach the door that would lead to my room. I place my hand on the handle and press down. I walk into the empty room.
The room was spacy and big. The door of a small walk in closet was located there aswell. The walls were a light forest green shade, but for the most they were gray and white. There were huge Windows all over the room, mom really knew that one of my quirks, nature, would like this because of the sunlight. There were boxes in the corner of the room, i guess it was my stuff in it. "Time to unpack" i mutter and groan, this will be miserable to do.

Thanks god that i've unpacked most of my things. The bed is standing by the windows, this is nice. I check the time quickly '6.34PM' it says. I groan, i was hungry. A slight sound from my stomach only approved it more. "Mom? When is the dinner ready?!" I shout to mom, who is cooking dinner "In about 5 minutes!" She yells back at me. I take my phone and see i have one missed call and some messages

Eijiro🪨: I'm so hype for tomorrow!
Eijiro🪨: what class are you attending to?
Me: It's going great! I'm suuuuper hype aswell! I think i was attending to 1-A!
Eijiro🪨: 1-A?! That's my class!
Me: Wait, for real?! YESSSSS!
I raised my hands, like in victory. This'll be amazing and i am sure of it.
"Nimca!" I heard my mom shout "Dinner's ready!" She continued. I stood up from my bed and put the phone in my pocket. "On my way!" I yelled and ran downstairs. Mom really knew how to make me drool over food "Mom! Noodles and ham with fried chicken to the side, i love it!" I said and sat down on the floor, as we had no table yet.
