A couple days had gone by, and I decided it was time for me to buy a little place for myself. So this whole week, I have been looking for places to stay. And I found just the perfect place. It was a big apartment, because I felt like I didn't want to get a house, just yet. It wasn't necessary.

'Pat?' I hear knocking on the door.
'Coming!' I yell from the kitchen.
I open the door, revealing Kylian, that's holding a big box of roses, decorated into a heart shape, and on top of them a Pandora bag.

'Oh my god.' I gasp. 'Come here, let me help.'
'Thanks. Phew. That was heavy.' Kylian chuckles, as I take the gifts from him and put them on the table.
'Thank you.' I smile, and pull Kylian into a hug.
'Welcome.' Kylian smiles while giving me a kiss on the cheek.
'Um... come. Come in.' I pull away and shut the door behind him.
'Yeah thanks.' Kylian smiles while walking in.

After handing Kylian something to drink, I sat down and decided to ask him why he was here.

'So, what happened? Is everything okay?' I ask, while seating myself on the couch.
'Um... I don't know.' Kylian smiles faintly.
'Why? What's wrong?' I ask.
'I don't know, Pat. It's just... I don't know, since you came back, I've just been really really confused. Like extremely confused. And I don't know what to do. So maybe you can tell me what I can do in this situation.' Kylian stutters. 'I miss you, bro.'
'Look Ky, I know what you're saying. Trust me. I do. But I can't let the same mistake happen again. I love you. And it's because I love you that I don't want to repeat the past. I don't want to regret anything. It's happened once, I can't let it happen again.' I sigh.
'I know. I know. But I promise, this time everything will go our way. All I need is just a little bit of hope.' Kylian whispers.
'Ky, listen, if I say yes, I don't wanna deal with the fact that it's not gonna work, if I say no then I couldn't live with the fact, that I didn't try.' I smile.
'Then say yes. Because I promise you, we will make it work.' Kylian puts his hands in mine.
'I just need time. To think. Okay?' I smile.
'Okay.' Kylian nods.
