Kol Mikaelson ~ Can You Hold Your Breath?

Y/n is a mermaid, she is like a mixture of H2o, Just Add Water, and Mako Mermaids. She runs into Kol in the streets, only to be surrounded by a pack of werewolves wanting to attack Kol. Y/n then jumps into the water with him and brings her to a really safe place.

"I'm in the TVD universe now. And I'm a mermaid" I said to B/n. We can talk out loud, or simply through our minds.

"Nice! I'm still in the same one" said B/n

"For real? You've been on the same universe for a whole week!" I said

"Sorry! My partner is so cute, I don't want to leave him/her/them!" said B/n

"Alright, alright. Have fun!" I said

"Who are you speaking to, love?" asked a British accent behind me. I think it was Kol, an original vampire from TVD, TO, and TVL.

"Just a friend. I was hanging up now anyways" I said, as I turned to him

"And who might you be?" asked Kol

"Y/n L/n. And I know who you are, Kol" I said

"How do you know me?" he asked, furrowing his brows but smirking at the same time

"Who wouldn't know the infamous bad original who kills for fun?" I asked

"Hmm alright. Well, I was actually hoping you'd be able to give me a bite" said Kol

"Alright. Have at it" I said, offering him my wrist. He smirked, and bit his teeth onto my wrist, it hurt...pfft, like shit. But I didn't mind, I've liked Kol for a while now, so this felt pretty good.

He pulled away "You taste quite good. This is definitely not human"

"No one said I was" I said

"Are you a witch?" he asked

"Nope" I said, walking away, I heard him sigh and speed in front of me

"I can kill you in less than 2 seconds, show me some manners" he said

"Jokes on you, I have the same talent. Except I don't threaten. Don't test me" I said and turned around, when he got a grip on my wrist, he looked down to see that I'd already healed.

"How did you heal that fast?" asked Kol

"Secret" I said

"What is that secret?"

"If I told you, it would no longer be a secret"

"Alright, alright, enough!" said a voice, I turned to see a guy with brown hair falling onto his forehead, and light coconut brown eyes.

"Who are you?" I asked

"No one important. But Kol here, killed my sister. So he's gonna pay" said the guy

"Who was your sister?" I asked

"SHUT UP! I don't need you distracting me" he said

"Jeez, chill" I said

"I'm guessing your sister is Lydia Poralinoque (Poh-raliene-okhe)?" asked Kol

"Yeah. And I'm Mark Poralinoque. WHY DID YOU KILL HER? WHAT DID SHE EVER DO TO YOU?!" asked Mark

"She attacked me! So I snapped her, and then drained her of blood. I was hungry anyway" said Kol

"So she had it coming, huh?" I asked

"SHE WAS DRUNK, IDIOT! It was a full moon, on a full moon, wolves cannot control their temper!" said Mark

"Oh, so she was a wolf?" I asked

"Yeah. And so are we" said Mark

"We?" I asked

Mark smirked, then got both of his hands up, snapping loudly 2 times. Then howling.

Suddenly, a lot of werewolves transformed came, and tried to attack us, I gasped and dragged Kol with me to the nearest creek by the ocean.

"What are you doing?! Those wolves might attack us" said Kol

I looked at the wolves, who were right in front of us, looking super thirsty for some victory.

"Can you hold your breath?" I asked

"Yeah. Why?" he asked

"Just do it. And trust me" I said

I heard Kol inhale a big breath, so I smirked "Hold on tight"

I grabbed his wrist, and jumped into the ocean. My tail appearing after a few seconds.

I smiled, and made sure I had a strong grip on Kol. Then I speed swam all the way to the moon pool. I could hold my breath for...as long as I'd like! So I didn't have to worry about running out of it.

Once we arrived at the moon pool:

Once we got in from the bottom, and swam to the top, Kol was shocked, and let out his breath, breathing heavily, and sitting on the little bump there was that mermaids usually used as a holding tool.

"Bloody hell" he said

"Did I surprise you?" I asked

"More than that. One minute the werewolves attack, then the other, I'm met face to face with the ocean, gosh my clothes are soaked" he said

"I can help with that" I said, as I got in the water, then went up to the surface in a fast speed, getting myself out of the water.

I then stretched out my arm, slowly closing it into a fist. My tail started to go dry, and smoke started to come out. And once it was fully dry, my legs and my normal clothes appeared again.

"All right, now it's your turn" I said, as I dried him off the same way. He got out of the water, and looked at me.

"What?" I asked

"You're quite pretty" he smirked

"I could say the same about you" I said

"So, what else can you do? Except dry stuff?" asked Kol

"Hmm, well, I can do this" I said, aiming my hand at the moon pool , then making a little ball out of water. I then froze the ball, and made it pop. Ofc, the ice melted quickly.

"I can also do this, I said, getting a water ball out again, then making it turn in the sage of a rose. I then made the rose turn into jelly, and then heated it up, making it turn into glass. I dropped the art I made, and caught it in my hands, handing it to Kol.

"Thanks, love" he said, I hummed a "yes' in response

"There's more I can do, but I'll just save that for later" I said

"You wanna see what I can do?" he asked, getting closer to me

"What's that?" I asked, getting some hair out of his face. He smirked, and smashed his lips onto mine, pulling me closer to him by the waist. I smiled into the kiss, and wrapped my arms around his neck. We then pulled apart, touching our foreheads.

"So...we just met today, but are we a thing now?" I laughed

"I think we are. And I will for sure make you wet for me soon" he flirted

"Damn, that's a little dirty. Not that I don't like it. But uhh, you know you can't do that with no tail" I said

"True" he said.
