Imagine Klaus liking you, and making a move. But you like Kol, so you don't know how to react, and you don't wanna hurt Klaus either, so you decide to leave the country for good.

I was sitting on the couch of the Mikaelson mansion. And Kol was sitting right next to me. I've always liked him, so I was trying so hard, SO DAMN HARD to not look and check him out.

He was just on his phone, so I decided to go on mine to distract myself.

Suddenly, someone jumped next to me, I screamed in surprise.

"Relax, love. It's just me" said Klaus, my best friend at the minute, other than Bex

"Gosh, Nik. You just killed 10 years of my bloody life" I said

"I wish you'd just let me turn you, so you don't have to have me kill any years of your life" said Klaus, getting me in for a side hug. I laid my head on his chest.

"I told you, I will, as soon as I turn 20" I said

"You're already 20! You're about to be 21!" said Klaus

"Fine. You had my word. Turn me first thing tomorrow" I said, Klaus smirked "With pleasure"

"It's quite annoying that you guys are acting like I'm not here" said Kol

"I ain't doing nothing. You're sitting right in front of me, Klaus is just talking to me, and I'm making conversation" I said

Kol laughed "Yeah, well, I'm about to piss Klaus off" he said, getting me out of Klaus's arms, and placing me into his own. I blushed, but my makeup covered it up

Klaus's smile faded "Get your hands off of her before I place another dagger into your chest"

"Your dagger threats do not scare me anymore, Nik. Besides, I burned all those daggers while you were out of town" said Kol

"YOU DID WHAT?!" asked Klaus

"Klaus, chill. Besides, your family is more fun to have around than daggered" I said

"You're so lucky" said Klaus, glaring at Kol

"Well, I guess that's enough fun. I'll be up in my room" said Kol, then we heard a scream

"Kol, did you hook up with a random girl, feed on her, then forgot to compel her again?" I asked

"Those entertainments keep me from getting what I really want" said Kol

"Which is..." I started

"I'll be upstairs" said Kol, speeding off, and ignoring my question

"Rude..." I started

"So, what shall we do today?" asked Klaus, standing up

"I don't know, don't you wanna hang out with Caroline?" I asked, also standing up

"Caroline is just a distraction" said Klaus

"Oh my gosh, your family and your distractions. What's next? Oh I married her because I got bored?" I asked

"Nope. I'd rather be with you than with Caroline or anybody else right now. I think we both know that" said Klaus, cupping my cheek

Then a sweet smell found it's way into my nose

"New hand sanitizer?" I asked

Klaus chuckled "Yes. I knew you'd enjoy it" I smiled

I noticed that there was a stripe of hair about to hit him in the eye, so I got closer and go it out of the way.
