Mattholomule POV~
I was awoken by the monotone buzzing of my scroll. Gus reached over and shut it off for me. Then we got ready.
By getting ready we meant cuddling so that Gus was holding onto my upper half, almost spooning me.
Soon we heard Luz down the hall.
"This better be worth it Luz," Hunter warned, sounding tired.
"It definitely is, I just want your help to figure out why Matt and Gus are so suspicious lately," Luz replied.
"Maybe 'cause they are both hopelessly gay for each other but too blind to see it," Boshca stated.
The door burst open to Gus playing with my hair. Hunter, Willow, and Boshca looked dumbfounded.
"This is gayer than we thought," Boshca commented.
"Hiya," Gus greeted nonchalantly.
"Sup'" I said.
"Explain how you two are still just friends," Willow said
I just tipped my head up and Gus met his lips with mine.
"WHAT!?!" Hunter, Willow, and Boshca exclaimed.
"He is my boyfriend that's how," I said with matter-of-fact air.
"I told you it was worth it," Luz boasted
"Luz had known this was gonna happen for a while," I claimed.
Then I turned and nuzzled into Gus's chest, feeling a wave of exhaustion pass. Hold on. What? I got a full night of sleep and a good meal.
It's probably nothing. I'll be fine.
