Stark is attending a class on mutant history taught by Charles Xavier. As usual, she is engaged and attentive, soaking up all the information that she can. During the lecture, Charles tells the story of Magneto and his early years as a mutant. Stark finds the story fascinating, and as she listens, she feels a growing sense of empathy for the man who would become Magneto.

After the class ends, Stark approaches Charles to discuss the topic further. She asks him why Magneto became the way he did, and whether there was any way to help him see the error of his ways. Charles, impressed with Stark's curiosity and insight, engages her in a deeper discussion about the complex nature of human and mutant relations.

"Magneto's experiences have undoubtedly shaped his worldview, but it's important to remember that not all mutants share his perspective. We must strive for understanding and cooperation between all humans and mutants, regardless of our differences."

"I completely agree," Stark said earnestly. "But it can be hard to bridge that gap when there is so much fear and hatred on both sides."

"Indeed," Charles said, a touch of sadness in his voice. "But that is why it's important for young people like yourself to lead by example. To show the world that mutants and humans can coexist peacefully and work towards a better future together."

Stark nodded thoughtfully, a determined look on her face.

"I couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy for Magneto during your lecture, Professor. I understand he did some terrible things, but... why did he become that way?" she looks at Charles in a curious way.

"That's a good question, Stark. Magneto, also known as Erik Lensherr, was a survivor of the Holocaust, where he experienced the horrors of Nazi persecution. His mutant powers only intensified his pain and suffering."

"Oh... I can't even imagine what he went through," she said with compassion.

Charles nods. "Yes, it's difficult for most people to understand the trauma that he endured. But it's important to remember that trauma can have a profound impact on a person's psyche and their worldview. Magneto saw the world as a place where mutants would always be persecuted and oppressed, and he believed that the only way to ensure their survival was through force."

"I see..." she looks thoughful.

Charles can feel she's pondering inside about that. "It's important to find peaceful solutions to conflicts. But we must also acknowledge that the world is not always a peaceful place, and sometimes, people feel like they have no other option. That's why it's so important to create a society where everyone can coexist peacefully, without fear or prejudice."

Stark looks up to him again, attentive. "How can we do that, though? It seems like such a difficult task."

"Indeed. It is a difficult task, but it's not impossible. We can start by educating people about the importance of tolerance and understanding. We can also work to create laws and policies that protect the rights of all individuals, regardless of their race, gender, or mutant status. It's a slow and steady process, but it's worth it in the end," Charles smiles softly.

"Thanks Professor, I appreciate the knowledge you shared with me today, " she smiles small.

"Always, Ms. Stark," Charles replied, his eyes twinkling with pride. "And remember, knowledge is power. The more you learn about mutant history and culture, the better equipped you will be to create positive change in the world."

As she leaves the classroom, Stark is lost in thought, considering the ramifications of what she has learned. She realizes that the world is not as black and white as she once thought, and that there are many shades of gray. She also knows that the responsibility of being a mutant means that she must approach every situation with wisdom and compassion.
