It's 1960, and i was sitting at a bar, trying to drink away the pain. what pain? the pain of everything, escaping. My past, I'm not proud of it, of the things I've done. You wouldn't think i was dangerous, but i was. i was an experiment that went haywire, that got out of control and they couldn't shut me down. then i escaped, they tried hunting me, and I've gotten away for the most part. That's when it happens, i end up being a student at some high class, wanna be school for mutants or "special abilities" as Charles likes to put it.

Maya's biggest problem used to be deciding which Love and Deepspace route to replay. Then she woke up in Linkon City. Armed with nothing but game knowledge, catastrophic coping mechanisms, and a psychology degree, she sets out to prevent every tragedy she already knows is coming. Easy. Except there is something clearly wrong here. And somehow, the four men she spent years admiring through a screen have become very real and very capable of completely derailing her last remaining brain cell. After all... It's hard to save the future when you keep forgetting your dialogue around attractive people.

In fact, she had a secret of her own, she was a reincarnated Angel, sent on a mission to nullify any vampire threats, not necessarily eliminate them, just, remove the threat. I was an anomaly. No-one had ever heard of a vampire ever having a child until I appeared in my mother's womb. At first my father thought she cheeted, but the fact she was only ever with him or her siblings, it was hard to believe. All evidence pointed against infidelity. They had a period of time where trust wasn't strong, yet was trying to be. Once I was born, my vivid bright red, not ginger, a perfect red, just line my bothers, and eyes a dark green, like my father's had been, long ago, when he was alive. My first teeth that came were the fangs, small, pointy, and entirely vampire. Yet, I could still go under sunlight, silver didn't effect me, I wasn't made ill by garlic or normal human food, but it wasn't like I didn't like blood either, because I did, I just didn't like hunting, I preferred it being handed to me.
