"alex, any excuse to hang out with friends is a great excuse. but i don't understand how this is going to be your third flight into the uk. is the jet lag bad?"
"i mean, we and quackity are flying in with you. are we able to stay at yours? you're always such a great host." alex hoped, clearly avoiding the question ran had posed.
"i would never say no to more company. i'll be by myself while freddie and bill are spending holidays with family."
"they'll be back for the party?"

it's half an hour til one in the morning and love of my life is on repeat in my head. i can hear mum snoring. i'm in qld for the week and will be spending new years here!
