Thanks to everyone who commented on the last chapter! You have no idea how happy I was! (celebrated with chocolate fudge cake!)

Can we try getting 10 votes for the first chapter of Niall’s POV?? :D

Niall || Part One

It was four o’clock in the morning. How I managed to stay awake for this long I will never know. Maybe it was because of the energy drinks I just gulped down. Anyway, it wasn’t my fault. The boys and I didn’t get a wink of sleep for almost a whole day now. We would be diagnosed with insomnia, I’m sure.

I even have a new definition of makeup; makeup, disguising your sleepiness ever since…well, I don’t know exactly when.

I groaned for the sixth time this morning. Sometimes I couldn’t believe how much stress can build up when you’re tired and thinking too much. But, hey, I always got to keep an optimistic mind.

I got out of the tour bus, and breathed in the nice cool air. I’ve lost track of where we were. But anyways, I’d always remember it at the last minute.

“Did you even get any sleep, Niall?” a person, possibly a tour helper, asked me. He was standing a bit far away from my left, but I heard him nonetheless.

“Yeah, energy drinks,” I shrugged.

“Well, tell the boys that by Thursday we’ll be in the U.S. for at least…six months, maybe? Sorry to keep you so busy.”

Actually, that was good news for me. That meant I could visit Demi a lot, I’ve been worried about her. I just had a feeling that something bad was happening. Maybe she was really busy? We couldn’t contact each other much because my phone would be powerless half of the time.

“Ah, sure! No problem, and it’s alright!”

He nodded at me goodbye, and left. I’m guessing he was going to buy coffee. It made sense now, how there was always a supply of coffee before any of the boys wake up.

On the inside, I was actually quite excited. Plus, I had a good excuse to text her. I always felt like I’d be annoying her if I just said I was ‘bored’ and wanted to talk to her.

Thankfully, my phone had one remaining bar of energy and I had enough credit to send at least, five texts. I quickly started typing and sent the message.

Me: DEMI!!!! Guess what?? The tour’s gonna wrap up in a few, and I’ll be able to see you within a week! Great news, huh, love? :D

I had anticipated for her to text back at least a minute later. Sad to say, I was extremely disappointed and sad, and even worried, that she didn’t text back.

For the rest of the day, it was the only thing on my mind. The concert made me take my mind off it for a few…hours? It felt like more, but it could’ve been just a few minutes, really.

I wonder what she’s up to.

_

Another groan escaped my lips, once we finished yet another concert. I didn’t even keep track anymore. My phone was fully charged and I even added credit.

“Maybe there’s no signal…?” Liam suggested.

Hastily, I grabbed my phone and checked. “Four bars, but is that good enough…?” I asked.

“It’s more than good enough,” Harry snickered, enjoying how flustered I was getting.

I glared at him. “I’m just worried! What if she…lost her phone…?”

“Call her.”

“But—”

“Call. Her.”

I sighed internally. It may not be the best idea to groan nonstop and ask for advice immediately after. I’m positive that I annoyed them enough for the day, maybe even a whole week’s worth of annoying.

I looked through my contacts, and finding Demi’s I.D., I let my finger touch the ‘call button’ in real-time slow-motion.

“Niall!” Zayn exclaimed, giving me a ‘Seriously?’ look, and earning laughs from the boys.

“Alright! Alright!” I put my hands up in defeat. “If she’s on a meeting or whatever, I’m blaming you…” I mumbled under my breath. But it wasn’t as quiet as I hoped, since I notice one last smirk from them. And that’s when I was struck with the most brilliant deal I’ve had in a long time.

“Niall? You look like you’ve been possessed,” Louis comments, which was probably true.

“Screw it, I need some water!” Zayn announced, before leaving the room, completely.

Funnily, the boys and I ignored him. “I wanna do something special!” I exclaimed.

Okay, would you like to chant something before you call her?” Louis says.

“What? No! I want to take Demi on a special date! Ideas?” But that was a rhetorical question, and I quickly darted my head towards Liam. “Liam!  Ideas, pretty please?”

“You could, uh, bring her on a picnic date…?”

“That’s old-fashioned! Just go with her to the movies, it won’t really matter!” Louis exclaims. I assumed he was joking around, but sill, it was a possibility. Maybe Demi would think it’s old-fashioned!

“I second that motion!” Harry agreed with Louis, raising a hand up. “And why not buy her something? A necklace, a bracelet, I dunno, has she mentioned anything?”

“No…” I muttered, in disappointment of how we haven’t talked about our likes and dislikes. And that wasn’t something you’d exchange, it’d just happen naturally. “But good idea! A bracelet is good and it’s just a bit cheaper than a necklace.”

“We’re planning yet another date for the Diall lovebirds!” Louis exclaims, referring to the last time they had helped me set up a date. And that was before Demi and I went public. Really, just thinking about what we went through put me in such nostalgia.

(A/N: This is referring to C.W.B.’s chapter seventeen, and wow, looking back at that chapter I really need to start editing the mistakes xD)

“Yes, yes we are.” I stated, smiling proudly at myself and the boys.

Zayn, you better get us some drinks too because you don’t know what you’re missing right now.

Lol, reading this now, it’s kinda like comic relief (?) for the first parts of Demi’s POV. It may not even be a realistic male’s POV. =w= I’ll grow, I’ll grow.

But, come on, worrying about  your loved one is painful! Sadly, I’m only good at portraying that when the loved one is family o_e
