I wake up to shuffling and hold up my dagger and look around
"It's okay your safe" I look to lexa and give her a nod and lower my dagger I look over and see Clarke waking up she looks at us
"How's your arm and how's your side?" She says to both of us "we should go back" she nods and I stand up with the assistance of the tree I feel a pair of arms wrap around me and looks to see Lexa helping me
"Thank you" she nods and we start walking enjoying the feeling of Lexa's arms around me my mind wonders what it would feel like in bed I shake the thoughts out of my mind I need to focus on the war which I'm definitely fighting in.

We make it back to tondc and I go straight to Nyko I walk in and see him already with a patient I sit down and wait once he's finished he comes over
"Rough nightblood!" He says happily and I smile at him "I have a little injury" I lift up my side and it's covered in dark purple bruises
"Not little you have broken ribs I have some cream that will help heal it" I nod and he goes and grabs some red substance and applies it to my side and passes me the rest that is in a tub
"Thank you again nyko"
"Of course rough nightblood" I chuckle at the name
I stand up and get some sleep in a tent lexa has provided for me I wake up when it's dark it's probably best to stay and rest but I decided that I would rather go see lexa I walk to the meeting room where I know she will be the two guards at the door nods to me as I walk in and I see Lexa alone looking at a map
"Hello commander" she looks up and smiles at me which I return "hello Xena I see you already act like us by speaking our language"
I shrug "my trig isn't perfect so I want to practice more" I walk closer to her and look at the map it seems she trying to find another way into mount weather "Have you found another way?"
"No, it seems the only way is the main entrance" I nod and look the map over and see she's right
"Then why are you still looking at it" I gently grab her chin and face her towards me "You came here to seduce me and distract me" I chuckle and lean forward
"Technically I'm not distracting you there is nothing there to distract you from other than your own mind but Is it working?" She chuckles and connects our lips I will never tire of her taste my other hand finds her hair while my hand caresses her jaw and her hands find my waist she disconnects our lips and starts kissing my neck hard sucking and licking whatever she can get her lips on I moan softly as she bites my sensitive skin I hear foots steps and move out of her embrace she looks flustered I turn to the door and see some of Lexa's advisers walk in.
"Commander" they nod at her and I turn away and look at the map to cover my blushing cheek once all of her advisers are here and Kane I step back and let their meeting go on after about an hour of discussing different plans Clarke walks in
"Clarke of the Sky People has honoured us with her presence"
"I'm sorry I'm late, Commander" she walks over to Lexa and stands beside her "You made good time. I assume the kids at Mount Weather are okay?" I hear Kane say "For now" she turns and whispers to Lexa
Lexa nods and they walk out the side door all the advisers leave not without Kane giving me a death glare which I brush off after a while Lexa and Clarke come back in
"You need to come with us" I look at them confused they now have some sort of cloth over their heads
"Why?" She shakes her head "there is no time to explain come with us" I nod and don't argue since they seem frantic and I follow them we Mel our way into the woods
"Any of you want to explain now"
"No, we're not far enough" far enough from what? I keep my lips sealed since she is my commander we walk further away and Clarke stops
"I'm going back"
"Clarke you can't go back" ok I'm so confused right now
"Someone tell me what's going on" they look at me and Clarke walks back towards tondc "what the hell is happening?" I turn back to lexa and she grabs my arm and starts grabbing away I rip my hand out of her grasp
"Tell me what's going on!" She looks at me with a slightly nervous look and that makes me nervous "There's a missile coming for tondc to try and kill me and Clarke" I look at her wide eyes
"And you didn't warn the camp?!"
"If we warned to camp they would know we have a spy inside their walls" I was torn between two sides Lexa was right but our people are there and then I remember Octavia
"Octavia is there we need to go back" I start running forward but then I hear a weird noise and a massive explosion my eyes widen as I can hear the screams of the tondc people
"You could have stopped this if Octavia is dead I won't forgive you" I turn back not waiting for a response and start making my way back to tondc I stop when I hear gunshots and crouch behind a rock with a groan in pain due to my broken ribs lexa is close behind
"I'm sorry" I shake my head we can't talk about this right now "Do you see where the shots are coming from?" I look around and see nothing but hear more echos from "No we must find them before they kill more people" I roll my eyes now she decides to care I look into the distance and see one of the mountain men "There they are we get to him" she nods and we sneak our way over and are interrupted by Lincoln coming up to us
"Xena, Commander what- Octavia said you were both-"
"You seen Octavia? Is she okay?" He nods "The few that survived the explosion were pinned down by a sniper. That's why I'm here" I point to where the sniper is
"They are over there they haven't seen us yet" he nods and Lexa says "We need to get to higher ground" I nod and we make our way up higher I look back and see Lexa looking at the camp but turns away and keeps walking up the hill we make it to higher ground and the sniper spots us we duck behind a boulder
"So much for the element of surprise"
"I'll draw his fire" I look at him with wide eyes "how do you plan on doing that without getting shot" he ignores me and runs out the fire directs at Lincoln and I jump from behind the rock and throw my dagger into the man's shoulder he drops the weapon and we begin to fight hand to hand he hits me in the side and groan out in pain and fall to the floor he's about to stab me until a sword goes through his chest
"Maybe...I won't...be able to fight...in the battle" I stand up and look at the man whose still alive I grab my dagger from the ground and stab him in the neck and he chocks on his blood I sheath my dagger
"Did that make you feel better?"
"No my ribs just hurt more" she chuckles and we make our way back to camp
