It's the second week of January.

(Y'all thought I was done?...almost, yes. I've been on this story for months. I wanna be done, but refused to release this story chapter by chapter because I've been so inconsistent, hehe.)

Midoriya was meeting up with Uraraka for a very special meeting. A long awaited meeting with the man of honor and disgrace...Hisashi Midoriya.

Midoriya paced around his apartment until he heard a knock at the door. He jumped in his skin and ran towards the door. It was already two p.m. and he prayed he wasn't on call today or that he'd see any danger on the way. A heroes' job truly had no set schedule.

"Hi, sweetie!"

Midoriya immediately frowned but quickly put the smile back on his face before it was smacked off forcefully.

"Mom? H-Hey! What are you doing here?"

"I've come with more goods! How are you doing, baby?"

"Mom, you don't have to keep bringing this stuff. I've forgiven you such a long time ago! I can't even eat most of it since I have to stick to my diet."

She started tearing up and she gave Midoriya a big hug.

"I know...I just can't help it!", she wailed. "I just feel so terrible!"

"Mom, please don't feel bad.", he smiled. "It's okay! I love you very much. Y'know, I'm actually going to see dad today."

"Really?"

"Yes, and I think you should, too. Uhm, just on a different day."

"You know I want to! I just feel so nervous! I haven't seen him in person in forever! I've gained so much weight! He could be different, I don't know. Wait-Why can't I go today? I'd rather go with you."

"Uraraka, will be over really soon. She's coming with me. I'd love to go with you a different day, though?"

"Uraraka?", she gasped.

"I know.", he said pouring her some water. "I'll pack some of the things you brought, though."

"Honey, do you really think that's a good idea? This whole thing is still very fresh, you know. She might not be ready."

"I asked if she wanted to come and she said yes. I asked her about three times if she was sure, and by the fourth she sent me floating across the room. I'm guessing she's fine."

"I see.", his mother chuckled nervously. "I wish you had told me sooner! I would've brought some motivational mochi for her! Or rice balls!"

"She has to stick to her diet as well.", he sighed. "Gosh, only you would say 'motivational mochi'."

"Oh, you kids and your diets.", she said waving her hand. "You know you need carbs to build muscle."

"It's different.", he laughed.

She watched her son bring his water pitcher to the kitchen with a small smile and beamed with pride.

"I'm glad you found a girl you really like, Izuku. I was sort of worried that all this fighting you've been doing was hurting your spirit. My worst nightmare would be for you to struggle attaching to others."

"I don't think so, mom.", he chuckled thinking of what All Might already said.

"Well, I'm glad. She's such a beautiful girl. Don't do anything ridiculous to hurt her, please."

"Me?!"

*Knock, Knock!*

"Hello?", a soft voice called.
