It was around 6:30 in the evening when Albert and Gavin arrived at the Lounge. Vivian was eating ice cream while working on some of her translating commissions on her phone while Eric was reading a book beside her.

"Ah? When did the two of you become so close with each other?" Albert teased them. Neither of them responded, leaving him hanging. Albert scratched his head while Gavin just shook his head at him.

"Okay, okay. Let's play a few rounds of Stadium, then watch a movie after!" The cheerful boy exclaimed. None of them had anything to do later, so no one rejected the idea. They played a couple of matches until Gavin realized it was getting late.

"Let's play one last match before we pick a movie to watch," he said.

"Alright, let's win this one, too!" Albert said enthusiastically. They've been winning and losing for the past few hours, with their latest match ending with a win.

This time, Vivian picked a type of character she liked playing the most, a mage. Albert picked an assassin; Gavin, a fighter; and Eric, a marksman. The other teammate also chose a fighter.

The other teammate went to the top lane, Albert headed to the jungle, Vivian proceeded to the middle lane, and Eric went to the bottom lane with Gavin. She faced off two enemies; a mage and a fighter. The skills of the mage she was using focused more on crowd control, so she just stayed near the tower while stunning the enemies whenever they went near her.

Eric and Gavin were pushing the enemy back on the bottom lane while Albert was in the middle of clearing the creatures on one side of the jungle. The other teammate was pushing on the top lane since nobody from the enemy team was there.

Vivian kept farming minions while taunting the opposing enemies until it was enough for them to back off due to low health. She cleared the current wave of minions and hit the tower several times before recalling. A 'first kill' notification popped up, which came from Gavin. Another 'kill' notification followed up, this time coming from Eric.

"Nice," Albert offhandedly commented. He was clearing the creatures on the other side of the jungle now. Seeing that her lane had no enemies, Vivian became more cautious of her surroundings. Checking the mini-map, she realized why. Four of the enemies were in the bottom lane, trying to kill Eric's and Gavin's characters.

Albert noticed this and went down to help the pair. Seeing this, Vivian stayed where she was and kept on attacking the minions and the turret in the middle lane. Another 'kill' notification was heard, which came from Eric again.

"F*ck! That was supposed to be mine!" Albert shouted. A 'double kill' followed by a 'triple kill' notification popped up soon after, which meant that Eric had killed two more enemies. Eric retreated since his character was about to die.

Albert, who managed only to get assists: !!!!!!

The fourth enemy escaped, so Gavin and Albert took this opportunity to destroy the bottom lane's outer turret. At the same time, the enemy's top lane's outer turret has been destroyed by the team's minions.

The enemies quickly revived, but Vivian's and the others' levels were higher than theirs, making it harder for the enemies to kill them. It wasn't helping that Eric and Albert decided that they wanted to kill whoever they saw or challenge them back.

When they reached the 10-minute mark, a 'surrender' notification from the opposing team appeared. The enemies had had enough; two crazy people were running around and killing them nonstop without giving them a chance to retaliate. The other three teammates who were minding their businesses were also hard to kill.

"Ah? That was fast...," Albert complained, feeling somewhat unsatisfied that the match ended early. The random teammate they matched up with invited them to play together again, but they declined.

Vivian shook her fingers and stretched, feeling stiff from sitting in the same position for quite some time. "Where's the restroom?" the girl asked. She felt more comfortable around them after playing together for these few hours.

"In that hallway," Gavin responded while pointing in a direction. "We'll go to the second floor where the rooms are located and leave the door open for you."

Vivian nodded and headed to the restroom. After washing and drying her hands, she exited and headed to the snack bar. "Do you want one? There are other flavors available here," Eric asked her after seeing her approach. Vivian saw that he was holding a bunch of instant noodle cups.
