Eliza's POV

I opened my eyes slightly, taking in my surroundings I was in Chesters room laying on his bed, my head resting on one of his pillows and hands resting against my chest rising with each breath I took. I reached my right hand up and rubbed my forehead.

"Eliza." I could hear Chesters voice beside me and I felt the bed dip as he sat down on it.

"I'm alright." I croaked. "What happened? I remember talking to Maddy and then seeing you."

"Maddy's power she processes makes the person who she's used it on extremely week and tired no matter how much sleep the've had ." He looked a little guilty.

I reached my hand out and took his in mine.

"You really don't need to worry about me Chester....but power? Maddy has a power?" I looked at him frowning.

"Yes, Maddy has had a gift that we discovered when she was just three years old, I was seven at the time, so I didn't know much either but Maddy has the gift to be able to see the real person behind the body. The inner soal as she likes to call it. When she places her hand over the heart of another she can lock into there minds and life and see who they are deep inside."

"That's incredible." I let out a subtle gasp. "Do you or any of the other pack members have powers?" I shuffled over to him a little more.

"Betolf has the ability to see the future, Chace can make the world pause, father can call the spirits, mother can make amazing potions and remedies, Drake can walk on water and I yet to have found my power. Every wolf in the pack can use the pack mind link, but we all have our own special power. Lots of the pack members have the same powers but Maddys is unique and extremely rare, even in the other packs we are friends with. Father is the alpha male in the pack and mother the Luna, but because I am a year older than Drake I am the next alpha. But I would drop my royal future for you Eliza, I would run away with you and start my own life. That's how much you mean to me."

The happiness I was feeling was pure bliss.

"Chester....that has to be the most nicest thing anyone has ever said to me, but I would hate it if your family would ignore you and never want you here again."

He lent forward slightly and wiped the tears away with his thumb and then held my chin gently. I hadn't even relised I'd been crying.

"I love you that much Eliza, I would leave with you if I had to."

"I love you to." I couldn't help but smile.

He lowered his head and kissed me softly on the lips causing a wonderful warmth to tingle me from head to toe.

He embraced me and we stayed in each others arms for a while before Chester broke the peaceful silence.

"Would you like to go back downstairs now, everything has been sorted out with Francois."

"Yes." I simply replied.

"How come Maddy talked to me?" I asked as we arrived back downstairs.

"She liked you, your inner soul was perfect she said. I can take you to her and see what her full picture of you is....I mean if you like."

I couldn't help but laugh. "It sounds like I'm about to go see a fortune teller in a gypsy caravan."
