Yuna's POV

I woke up early since I have work today. I went to take a bath and then wore my work clothes.

As I went out of the room, I could hear my wife complaining about something.

"Tsk, that was the last one" I heard her and then I saw her in the kitchen

"What's wrong babe?" I asked her

"I accidentally burnt your toast" she said and I knew she was stressed about it

"I love burnt toast Chaery, don't worry about it" I said and kissed her temple

"Really?" she asked and I nodded

"Go and get some rest first, I'll wake you up when I'll be leaving already" I told her and she nodded.

She removed the apron and went back to our room to rest. I hanged up the apron and went to grab the toast that was on the plate and went to the table to have my breakfast.

I was already eating when our daughter suddenly went to me.

"Do you really like burnt toast eomma?" Chaeyun asked me

"Ani" I said to her and she looked at me confused

"Than why did you tell mommy that you love burnt toast?" she asked

"Your mommy is probably just stressed sweetie. She has to do some things while I'm out for work. You understand that right?" I said and she nodded

"I didn't want to tell her that I haye it because she'll feel miserable" I added

"Also, burnt toast never hurts anyone but saying you don't like something that they did for you might hurt their feelings" I told her and she nodded with a smile

Me and Chaeyun chuckled and I was now done eating breakfast. I went to wake up Chaeryeong and told her I would now leave for work. She nodded and then I gave her a kiss before leaving.

Going back home, I wanted to do something for her. I did some groceries and bought her a bouquet of flowers and went back home. She had a big smile on her face when I got back. Seeing her like thag made my day better. I just knew that if she would even make me burnt toast everyday and I get home to see her with a big smile on her face, it was all worth it.
