The Souls

Souls are part of a human's essence. They were created inside, after they were born. Unlike the monsters, the souls are white and upside down and they are weak against the human's powerful soul. Long ago, the humans feared that the Yokai folk would attack so they banished them underground to die. After a few years, the people still lived on from their old times, and forgot all about their souls except a few people who still live in the colony. They make all prayers and sacrifice one by one for their sins and spare for their mercy. This wasn't how everything was supposed to end. A Yokai guardian called the Elves started to kill the colony for being careless and taking their bodies away before the normal citizens noticed. With the colonists dead, their souls absorbed the Elves and have their own souls of their own. For the first time, the first Yokai who had their own Souls was the Elf clan.

Now that the Yokai have souls, they are passed down from generation to generation as their souls grow.

Each of the souls have been created depending on their color and their personality.

White Souls represent Mercy. The yokai who are kind, gentle and hopeful have the souls of a kind child who will spare any monster in their path. Although their white souls are normal, they can move freely whenever the enemy attacks. They are the key of the souls that can save humanity and the Yokai kind.

Pink Souls represent Trust. The folks can trust each other whenever they can find a way to bring peace to the land. They would often give them a gift of trust, or trust others to do what's right. It never happened in Kumandra because all of the people had turned to stone. Now, it had to be saved by a trusting Yokai who can save all of humanity.

Red Souls represent Determination. The honest ones are gentle beings who believe that they can help other people and stay determined in a fight. Like the White Souls, they move freely but they can perform a power smash whenever they attack.

Orange Souls represent Bravery. The brave and cheerful ones are full of energy and joy, they can move fast whenever the enemy's attacks are orange. Although they were not as brave as they should be, they could be easily scared.

Yellow Souls represent Justice. They are energetic people who love to have fun and can use their weapons to shoot bullets, or bat away bullets when an enemy fires. The cheerful Yellow souls can be used by using the lucky object they held.

Green souls represent Kindness. The kind folk can use their shield to block bullets or shield themselves by covering themselves with a shield ball. Since they are kind, they do the same sparing thing with the White Souls.

Sky blue souls represent Patience. The patient folk had to take their time by waiting for the enemy's attack. When the time is right, they attack. Although they can be a little calm, they can still think before taking chances.

Blue souls represent Integrity. They can jump high whenever the sharp obstacles attack. They can be goofy and quite naive as a jokester, they still can be considered a hero.

Lilac souls represent Empathy. The Lilac souls are shared by twins, who are identical. They can doge together and stay close to one another when they attack. With no twin, who had died during pregnancy, the remaining twin had to split in halves before the obstacle hit them. They are hopeful and smart, but they can be helpful.

Violet souls represent Perseverance. Smart and very mannitic, these people can restrict purple lines as they use Trap mode. Although, unlike the souls, the soul was completely upside down as if the world had turned into a weird dimension. However, they still can join alongside Lilac Souls.

Gray souls represent Envy. Although some people are very shady, these people who had almost been in the dark side can change to the good side.

Black souls represent Gloom. Completely in the dark side, these dark souls represent the scary possibility that all shady people could see. Although they can camouflage in the dark, they can easily scare them. Even the souls can use a scare attack.

Golden souls represent Peace. The yellowish golden souls can show others peace whenever things go too rough. They are gentle, soft and kind to all folks in the world.

Silver souls represent Hope. With these souls who knew something might happen, they knew that there is a hope of friendship. The person can see the future whenever they sense that something might happen and come across information.

The only souls who are pure evil was a Druun Soul. The Druun soul is the shape of a heart with a clouded body of a Druun. The only way to stop the Druun Soul is to contain all the souls into a Rainbow Soul to blast the evil away.

But not all humans and Yokai have souls on their own, but the first mutants have their souls. Baron Draxum found some box turtles to mutate them and created the souls for the first time. Same in the Miyamoto Facility, five more souls had been formed when the Burst came. After thirteen years, more mutants have been created when the oozing mosquitoes are released.

The souls can be removed whenever a bad guy takes it. When the person without a victim dies and the soul stops glowing. As soon as the soul dies, they fade away into dust along with the person and be forgotten forever. However, they can be revived when the soul is back inside the person.

Every soul is created by a single living being and that is how the souls came to be.
